I am extremely displeased with the terrible customer service provided to me on 12/18/2020 while speaking with a supervisor. I inquired about a refund due to inclement weather. While trying to plan my trip I decided to log onto your website and noticed that there were notifications stating that the attractions would not be available due to the regulations under Covid-19. Although, I am aware of the limitations and I accepted the fact that not everything would be available I continued to plan my family trip. However, NO ONE AT ANY MOMENT DURING MY 40 minute conversation did they mention that the park would be closed and that the only thing available would be the Christmas drive thru. It wasn’t until I got off of the phone with your supervisor was I made aware (via twitter). During my call with your supervisor I explained that I did not want to reschedule nor did I want a credit because. She told me that since I purchased the tickets during a pandemic I should have expected there to be changes at any moment. That statement is true but works on both ends which is why I do not understand why you would not offer a refund in the first place. I asked to be forwarded to a member of management and I was told that supervisors are the last point of contact for customers. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! I have spent a lot of time and money with this company and to have been treated this way is insulting!

Horrible customer service. They’re Moro is “ we believe in quality and exceeding guest expectations” when they do the exact opposite!! They wouldn’t let us in to Dine With Me because the shuttle wasn’t running and we got their 15mins late and would not refund the money. Called corporate and they were very apologetic and still would not give a refund or accommodations. Worst e person even with a multi billion dollar industry!!!! Go to Disney they or more well established!!
