Really nice Muslim owned banquet hall. The decorator cost here is very reasonable and they have many options. The lobby itself is very beautiful with the 2 water fountains. Plenty of seating. The outside is a little deceiving with the simplicity but inside everything here is so gorgeous. They have a wudu station. There is prayer rugs. There can be segregation if wanted. Bathrooms were clean. If I did hav r to say one thing is that carpet needs a cleaning inside the halls but once vacuumed all will be good. The chandeliers were pretty. And there were 3 halls. Bridal suite also had a bathroom and a shower.

Also had the mixed grill platter which was amazing. Garlic naan was a hit!

I'd skip the lamb chops, only item tje group did not like.

The desserts are tasty, I'd recommend the strawberry lemonade...not on the menu

Super clean facility. Lots of room inside and tons of parking.

Recently my son's marraige valima reception celebrated in Shalimar Banquets on 9th sept2023. The management very cooperative, sincere in work, extradinary decoration in reasonable prices, food taste ultimate every guest praised Hyderabadi authentic dishes. Prices most reasonable.i can rate shalimar 10/10 rating.

One of the nicest banquet halls in Illinois hands down. Sparkling clean and very elegantly laid out. Beautiful for any occasion. I am here to attend a wedding party and amazed as to how beautiful this place is. When you pulled into the parking lot it’s not a pretty sight. At night not enough lights and the pavement need to be resurfaced that was the first impression and that was lasting one. They have beautiful long prayer rugs and large space in the corner of the lobby for guests to pray and I was very happy for that reason.

Not following instructions and was taking back to us in a very rude manner. After management admitted to their fault they still refused to remedy the situation. Instead we were spoken to with a finger in our face and basically told to live with it. Being Desi, respect if a huge part of our culture which this establishment seems to lack

Beautifully decorated with large ceilings and crystal chandeliers, very bright and elegant like a palace. Very spacious. Above all the professional service of the team headed by Zar. She took care of the event from start to finish with love and compassion.It was an amazing experience and would recommend for anyone for weddings, birthdays, anniversary parties.
