Amazing time taking a boat around the bay. We were fortunate enough to see a whole pod of dolphins, maybe even two! It was heartwarming and even emotional to see those majestic animals, espywith the family.
Our guide, Captain Chad, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and went to the area where there would like be dolphins. He also did everything he could to assuage any concerns about our first boat ride as a family. Ask for Chad, he was great!

On top of sales tax a given. These other fees are $20-$25. Then, they ask for another $20 minimum gratuity "Docking, washing, refueling, flushing Tip". A little absurd people at $100/hour. Convenience Fee and Serive Fee are charges you are tacking on. The credit card fee is excessive and you are profiting off that. Shameful business practices!

These folks were amazing. Friendly staff and very helpful. Amazing experience for the family. Only reason for the 4 star review was no Bluetooth radio as stated in the ad. Even with that it was well worth the money and so much fun.

If you don’t want your boats beached then provide an extra anchor. Not a fun experience when you’re told that you’ll have to go out in the lagoon to find your boat when now you don’t have one. Thank God for some kind people that took us out to look. It was 2 miles out sitting in the middle of the bay.
We’re not the ignorant ones here, provide what’s needed or it’ll happen again.

From the reservation to the delivery this was a easy process. We have rented from others and these guys were the best so far. From checking it, to the safety briefing, they went above and beyond to ensure that we understood the rules and where we could and couldn’t go. The dock crew was very helpful and I really appreciate all of them. The boat was much nicer than others that we have rented from and we did enjoy how comfortable the boat was.
Overall an A+ for the day, we will be back next year!
