Five stars! I have been more than pleased with my experience with Sheraton Caregivers. The nurse aide to my mother is a perfect fit for his personality. She is caring, and kind and an excellent companion for her after my Dads passing. I have also had great experiences with the Owner her office staff everyone is a true ambassador for the caregivers. I was pleased with all the relief aides they sent in Carol's absence. The agency always responded promptly and efficiently to all my requests and are still positive and friendly.

Nurses were attentive to guiding on-site caregivers, but there was no consistency in the staffing of caregivers. This proved very problematic as my parent was struggling with severe dementia. Staffing deficits led to a lot of last-minute coordination.
As well, there were one or two good caregivers while the others left much to be desired; with one in particular out and out lying (even though caught on camera).

I employed Sheraton Caregivers on behalf of a dear friend. My first contact was with Leonardo. He was compassionate and caring and assured me that they could help my friend who was about to have a brutal surgery. It took several days for us to determine when she was coming home from the hospital. I was worried that I would lose Sheraton's services during the wait. Leonardo reassured me that they would be there for us until we didn't need them. The nurse from Sheraton, who does the assessment and care plan, was able to come visit my friend the day after she got back from the hospital. The day after that they sent a caregiver. There was a miscommunication about the fact that my friend had a dog. The first caregiver they sent was allergic. I called them immediately and they fixed it within the hour. They were very apologetic. The person they sent next was "an angel" according to my friend. Aya was soothing and comforting and very attentive and helpful. We could only have Aya the first two days, on the last day we needed Sheraton they sent Denita - who my friend also called "an angel." We moved our friend to her best friend's house after that for 24/7 care. I would run to Sheraton again, if ever I'm in need of the kind of services they provide. Thank you so much for helping my friend and also for running a proficient agency - which makes everything go smoothly.
