This hotel is going through some renovations which I’m excited about, the new rooms look like they will be really nice. What makes this hotel great is the staff, they are the nicest, kindest people you’ll meet. If you need something they act like you’re doing them a favor! I just can’t give enough thanks to them. The food is also really good!

As of posting they are in the process of renovating. Stayed in a renovated room. Nice layout, clean and comfortable amenities. Staff was super helpful and pleasant. Location is easy on/off from the highway with lots of major chains in the vicinity. Large parking area. Indoor and outdoor pool which appeared clean and well tended too. Would stay again.

I stayed in a large corner room with a lovely view. The bed was comfortable, there was a spacious closet, and everything was clean. The bed sheets were soft and of great quality. However, I did have one issue: the water pressure in the shower was low. As a tall person, having good water pressure is important to me. Unfortunately, while the shower head was cute, it didn't provide enough pressure, which made it take longer for me to rinse off the soap. 😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️😁😄

Stayed here one night when a flight diverted to Harrisburg. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Hot water works. The TV is of good quality with multiple channels. A mini-fridge is present. Internet service is fast. Oddly, no clock radio is present. The front desk is efficient. The restaurant is open reasonably late. The hotel runs a shuttle to Harrisburg Airport.

Don’t bother. This place is not redeemable despite the reviews saying that staff is super friendly. Spend your $ somewhere else. This place has no business representing itself as a Marriott affiliate.

My renovated room was still in gross shape. The wallpaper is poorly cut and already scuffed up. Pillows were cheap feeling and lumpy. Bedding was stiff and scratchy. Water pressure in shower was terrible. Shower hardware was also cheap feeling and already separated from the wall. Switch plates were painted over and peeling. Furniture was broken and poorly nailed together. HVAC control was super hard to get working.

Elevators are in direct violation of legal requirements. “ Certificates shall be posted in the cars of elevators, and in conspicuous places in connection with escalators and hoists.” - 34 Pa. Code 7.15. Inspection.

Random hallways have various levels of visible damage, open walls with exposed insulation, tape over door card readers..the list goes on. I’m not sure this property will ever dig itself out of this cycle of required repairs. This place feels like a franchised MOTEL property. I regret having wasted my money and can’t wait to wash this creepy place off myself.

Nice hotel undergoing significant renovations. I imagine the final product is going to look really nice but, in the interim, there are some inconveniences.

First and foremost, the staff at the hotel was amazing. Every single person was friendly and accommodating. There was a big dance convention as well as several hockey teams staying at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help. Housekeeping was fast and responsive and the Front Desk employees were awesome.

The updated rooms are nice but on the smaller side. We were unable to find any double-queen rooms and it's really difficult to fit two adults in a double bed comfortably. The bathrooms, in particular, are cramped. If someone is at the sink, you can't be in the bathroom with them unless you're standing in the tub.

The fitness facility is currently closed and the temporary facility is essentially a treadmill and weight bench. All other fitness equipment is tarped off near the pool.

Indoor/outdoor pool is open but not really maintained. When we arrived, there were a significant amount of leaves in the pool. The biggest challenge of having a connecting pool with a courtyard is that the leaves that fall outside often make their way indoors. Fortunately, I found a skimmer and spent about 20 minutes getting the pool usable for our group. I imagine the courtyard is really nice in the summer but the indoor pool could use some TLC.

The restaurant and bar are part of the big renovation and "closed", but the staff did a nice job of creating a makeshift bar and seating area. There is a breakfast served somewhere in the hotel each morning.

The other nice thing about the hotel is its proximity to a shopping center with some eateries and a Target. We needed some odds and ends while we were here and it's about a 5-minute walk to almost anything you need.

Overall, a good hotel and I bet it'll be great when they finish the massive renovations. It's also an easy 15-minute drive to Hershey attractions.

Hotel is currently under construction and I do not recommend staying here. While the breakfast was good, exposed walls and beams was not good. Room is a solid 3 star with some paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling and low flow shower head in the shower. Temporary exercise room is almost vacant of machines.

I would avoid this hotel until after the construction/renovations are complete. While the rooms have been updated and are comfortable/clean, the vibe of the hotel right now is very depressing. No lobby to enjoy, an awkward temporary restaurant/bar set up, and construction walls all over. The staff are mostly pleasant/helpful, and the early check-in was nice. I do think the hotel will be a lot nicer and up to par after the renovations.
