They had to change our room 4 times before they found a room key that would open the door. The clerk didn't seem to really care. It was around 11:30 pm and we had to check out at 4 am to catch an early flight the next day. The hotel rooms were your standard rooms. Both shuttle drivers were fantastic. Great customer service!

The staff is really nice here. For a single bedroom, it's got a nice sized bed, tv, plenty of outlets to plug electronics in, and a nice bathroom. The downstairs bar area is really nice too. My only gripe is instead of playing any news station on the TV, play something more fun and positive like sports for example. The news is off putting to most people and a bar should be a place to relax.

I stayed here for two nights with my son and we both really enjoyed it. The hotel is super convenient and in a quiet part of town. Even though it’s an airport hotel, you really won’t hear much plane traffic, which is great when you’re traveling with a kiddo. ||This hotel is super old. It has been here for probably around 40 years and changed hands a few times before becoming a Sheraton property the Sheraton/Marriott brand has done a good job of making this property a solid and affordable choice for the area. The lobby is nice and there’s a restaurant/bar off the lobby that has a pretty good menu, although it is somewhat pricey. There’s breakfast in the morning that’s buffet style and although they have a nice amount of selections, it’s expensive at $16/each and the hot options really lack quality. ||The rooms are dated, but nice. We found there to be enough room for the two of us and we actually liked that there’s a bath tub in the hotel for my son since so many hotels don’t have those anymore. ||We did use the shuttle service in the morning to get to the airport, which we booked the night before and was complimentary and on time. There’s a Sheraton Club on the top floor, but it was closed for the duration of our stay there (closed on weekends and holidays), which we were really bummed out about. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again and recommend it.

Their room service is non existent. I called the desk and was transferred to the restaurant. 20+ rings. I then called the dine in option from the phone. 20 rings+. I then called back to the front desk and was told that sometimes they are busy and can’t service the customers who call. A 1 is a serious rating, indicating the service is false and a lie. It is effectively not offered here. Please take this into account when booking here. No, I did not call after hours. No, I did not try to request some weird custom order. They simply do not answer or help. You should expect that as an “experience” here. It will make you grateful for establishments who have a sense of serving their customers.

I simply can not state how taken aback I was by their front desk telling me, essentially, it is what it is regarding service. We have options. Exercise yours. Especially for those who book business travel. I will not be back here, nor will I recommend it to colleagues who will come here.

DoorDash here. They are not reliable and dismissive of their inability to provide service to on site guests. It’s inconceivable to me that you wouldn’t capitalize on the ability to make money from guests already at your location. Irresponsible disregard for the ability to make the facility more accommodating.

The light in my bathroom also takes being turned on twice to actually work. That’s cool.

We took advantage of the sleep and fly package given. We were traveling out at 7 AM and live about 90 minutes away from the airport. The shuttle service was really easy to use and both shuttle drivers were helpful and pleasant. The hotel is a little bit outdated, but we were told that it’s going to be updated in the next 12 to 18 months. I would definitely stay here again. There are many restaurants nearby as well.

Worst experience at a hotel ever. Booked a block of rooms for a wedding well enough ahead of time. We ended up on three different floors, the third floor, the 4th floor and the 5th floor. The bride and groom were supposed to have a king suite. They didn't get a king suite. They got a double suite. Asked for a king suite and was told there's none available. Our paperwork said we were entitled to a King suite so we got downgraded to a double sweet which was filthy. The carpet was disgusting. The ceiling was peeling. To use the microwave you had to unplug the desk which they had the refrigerator plugged into the desk. So when you unplug the desk to use the microwave, the refrigerator stopped working. The stairwells had an atrocious odor. And we had to keep using the stairs to run from floor to floor or wait for the elevator forever. And when we book the hotel they said that we would have a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and from the venue back to the hotel and then later when we finalize things we were told that oh no you have to pay for the shuttle so we had no shuttle back and forth from the hotel to our venue for the wedding. It was a very disappointing experience at the hotel trying to get ready for a wedding and have to run from floor to floor. Their pillows are horrible. It feels like you're sleeping on a half empty sack of laundry. Advice bring your own pillow. Or actually I would just pick a different hotel.

We stayed here for a wedding and when we checked in before the ceremony everything seemed fine. When we returned hours later after the reception, we were greeted by a horrible smell akin to sulfur or raw sewage. We had no food in the room and had no clue what could possibly be smelling. Luckily, the staff was able to put us in another room. The problems did not stop in the new room. Our towels were stained and covered in hair. Upon reading other reviews after leaving disappointed, it seems that this is a constant issue for them.

Prepare for the worst sleep of your life here. The walls are paper thin and you will hear everything. You will hear the ding of the elevator all night along with the conversations of anyone who walks in the hallway or residing in the room next door.

Overall ok. Expected more from the Sheraton brand. It could have just been the nights I was there, but the kitchen for dinner was really slow. Over an hour to receive nachos. Room was a little snug, but overall comfortable. Front desk service has been a hit or miss on the two stays I've had here. Sheraton club is a little disappointing, but it seems like an older / smaller hotel overall with the Sheraton label. I wouldn't put it at the 4 star that the Sheraton brand aspires for but instead would put at a solid 3, and a decent value for the price.
