The wash & wax made my car look awful every time I went there. I tried to go to different locations to see if that changed anything but it only got worse to me. Even when I didn’t go through the wax tunnel only the car wash part so I am not satisfied with the service at all. Except the friendly staff, the floor mat machine, the vending machines & the pre-wash for bugs in your grill. I really liked those amenities.This is my 2015 Chevrolet Camaro directly after going through the wash tunnel

I don’t usually leave feedback, but I felt the need to share with you what I have noticed about one particular employee named Stephanie.
She is always happy and a delightful presence. She talked me into a wash package and I have no regrets.
I was going through the car wash on my way home from work and there was a very kind young man greeting the customers and the next thing I knew, the line was getting backed up. I saw Stephanie, who was in her vehicle ready to leave for the day, get out of her vehicle and got up there and straighten out the line situation.
I truly believe she deserves to be recognized for her incredible customer service skills and dedication to the company!
You guys have a good worker in Stephanie!

Absolutely love this car wash! I have tried other washes and nothing compared to the hospitality of the staff here!!! Angel is amazing! Very polite and respectable young lady. Thank you so much for always making it a great experience! Won’t be going to any other place!

Shine Time is awesome! This place has the best and most kind employees. Nice facility and the vacuums are strong. Car turned out very nice! Shoutout to the employee and customer who were able to get my car unlocked for me. Accidentally locked myself out like a dummy but a kind employee (I didn’t get his name) and another customer worked together to get my keys out. Saved my day! Best car wash around!

I’ve had a membership with Shinetime for almost 2 years. The staff at the Decatur location are amazing and so helpful. They go above and beyond for their customers. I was sick today. I had just gotten 2 shots at the doctor and was headed to my car wash because it’s relaxing and then to get lunch… driving towards the car wash my car started acting weird and died as I pulled it into the vacuum side… Angel and Sunshine went above and beyond to help me today. These two ladies popped the hood, had me hooked to a jumper box in no time, and when that didn’t work they asked other customers for jumper cables. I am grateful to these ladies and the gallant gentleman who helped these ladies with my car and wouldn’t let Angel push it into a parking spot by herself!! After this Angel helped me coordinate with a towing company. These exceptional ladies helped make the day very easy for this customer and I just wanted their actions today to be recognized. Customer Service like this is one reason why I intentionally stop at Shinetime when I’m in Decatur.

Worst car wash I’ve ever had Had a drive-through car wash even after I paid $16 all the bugs all on the front marked down the side everything was still there and it has a greedy feeling on the hood of the car never left a review before, but I felt this one was needed. Also, when I pulled up to do the vacuum, the hose came right out in my hand out of the end of the nozzle right off the bat at this brand new place don’t waste your time.
