Shorecare of Delaware did a excellent job of taking care of my mother over the last few years of her life. The nurses provided great care for my Mom always focusing on what was best for her. When there was an upcoming snow storm they had overnight coverage which made my Mom feel very comfortable. They coordinated any updates with me and kept me connected even though I lived 2 hours away. At my Mom's service the nurses attended and told me they felt like they lost a mother too. They allowed my Mom to live her final years in the comfort of her home with loving care.

Violated my privacy worker showed in Uber with it being noted I have to have liquids to live on. Also worked violated HIPPA according to two people in complex they heard her talking on phone and now people who should have not known about my health know. Also company said I had several no shows which was false I have documents of that. I also had my son whom was home with me waiting for worker to show to help me. Been calling trying to speak with drew I asked for new worker I just was notified that I’m not longer allowed to get help a week later due to hearsay. They favor person and my story will be heard by government office. Very sad that this happened.

I've been with short care maybe a year or so they were excellent in the beginning I was getting every day care now because of short coverage they are very inconsistent
