I was holding back for a long time but today’s events just sent me over the edge. The agent sounded nice so I kept trying to work with him. Today’s event made me wish I never heard of the guy.

It started with a total lack of responsiveness when trying to book a trip.He constantly had excuses so I kept giving him another chance. In the end I let him book 2 hotel reservations instead of doing it myself, so he could get the commissions. The first reservation was screwed up but shame on me for not catching it right away. The hotel however was awesome and made everything right. Luckily I didn’t prepay that one. The second reservation, which I did prepay, started today. I checked in, went up to the room and thought this isn’t what I paid for. I went to the desk only to find that this travel agency cancelled the room I paid for and rebooked me into a cheaper room!!! Obviously keeping the price differential!

Impossible to reach. I booked a cruise, they acted like they were Royal Caribbean. My cruise was booked back in January and still isn’t showing up in my Royal Caribbean App. I’m thinking they may be a scam. Number is always busy. Royal says I have to talk to them but I can’t get through.

I have been trying to contact someone at this agency for several days with no response. I have been leaving voicemails a couple of times a day, Royal Caribbean has tried to reach them with no response. This is extremely poor service in my opinion.

We are on our last day aboard Oceania Sirena in the Caribbean. Marianita is our Signature On-Board Hostess. We spent several days trying to work a billing issue with the Sirena staff, but were unable to resolve the problem. We turned to Marianita, and she quickly got us resolution. She's fantastic!
