Juliette is a fantastic wedding coordinator! Organized, helpful and responsible with a sense of calm that can put any bridezilla at ease. My wife and I did most of the detailed "planning" ourselves, but Juliette was excellent at organizing and handling our vendors, and running the show on our big day. She's a sweetheart with a passion for weddings, and we were lucky to have her as part of our team!

Juliette was the month-of coordinator for our October wedding. Each time we met, she was always organized, calm, and supportive. Even though she was our month-of coordinator, I did email her a couple of times in the months leading up to the wedding to ask for advice. Each time, she replied quickly and with really helpful information, so that I felt confident forging ahead with ideas and plans.

During the final month when the action really started to pick up, Juliette jumped in without missing a beat. She took over all communication with the vendors, created clear, detailed timelines for everyone, made sure all the vendors knew when and where to be the day of, and she deftly handled issues that came up with our increasingly frustrating caterer (this alone kept me from going insane since our catering contact turned out to be a nightmare). My husband and I were truly able to enjoy the time leading up to our wedding- spending time together and with our visiting friends and family- because we knew Juliette had everything under control. Knowing how some of our recently married friends spent those final days (and nights) leading up to their weddings stressed over last minute details made us all the more thankful for Juliette’s professionalism.

On the day of the wedding, she and her team set up the decorations just how we had pictured them and made sure all the details were perfect- no easy feat since we had a carnival themed wedding complete with a variety of different games that had be set up. She checked in on the groomsmen and bridesmaids and made sure everyone was on schedule and as a result, our wedding started on time and everything went perfectly. We really didn’t worry about a thing! We were able to enjoy every moment of the night.

Another thing that I think is important to mention is Juliette as a person. The first time I met her, I knew I’d like her! She has a great sense of humor, is really easy going, fun to work with, and is a genuinely nice person. It’s obvious that she loves what she does and wants to make sure that her clients have a wonderful experience.

In a nutshell, Juliette is awesome.

BEST WEDDING COORDINATOR EVER!!

I will be honest and say that Juliette wasn't only my coordinator, she is my friend. There was never a doubt that I would hire her to coordinate my wedding, and it was the best decision I made while planning.

Juliette made sure everything went exactly how I envisioned my wedding. She coordinated all my various vendors, covered for some of their errors, and made sure know one was any wiser. She was so easy to communicate with via text, phone, or email. The day turned out perfect, and I was completely stress free knowing that Juliette was there.

If you are wavering between coordinators, quit looking! Juliette is the one for you!

Why did we almost not choose to have a wedding coordinator? It was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process and going with Juliette was a great choice. Having no idea what is truly involved in planning a wedding, she guided us and kept us on track the entire way. She had her own ideas and input, and allowed us to make our day so special and very “us” at the same time. She is organized, came to all the meetings prepared and was a calm presence on our wedding day. I highly recommend her services!

I worked with Juliette recently at a wedding at Bradford Ranch. Let me preface this by saying, as a wedding DJ, I work with a lot of coordinators who are micromanagers and try to tell me how to run my stuff. There are like 2 coordinators in the whole county that I enthusiastically recommend after 3 years in SD doing weddings full-time...and Juliette is one of them. She was friendly, organized...obviously knew her stuff. I liked her energy 🙂 Highly recommended.
