I am a Travel Agency that successfully has been doing business with Sky Bird Travel & Tours for 20 years. I like the idea that Sky Bird Travel & Tours have 24/7 reservations and ticketing services. Besides, I like that Sky Bird Travel have Travel Consultants who speak Spanish and understand the Hispanic Market, client names and places to travel. Mainly, what I like the most is that I have been able to work with my Travel Consultant, Frederick Caivet for 21 years.

I followed Frederick from a previous Consolidator to Sky Bird Travel & Tours. Frederick has helped to keep my Travel Agency open through some scary economic times, including the current times. I still remember the day that I mentioned to Frederick that I needed to close out my Travel Agency because it was no longer profitable. Frederick motivated me by giving me some pricing advises to keep my Travel Agency open to the public. Thank God, I listened to him. Frederick has always been hard worker finding me the best prices, following up with my reservations and answering my calls ASAP.

We both know that we have a short period of time to motivate clients to ticket their reservations ASAP before it gets cancelled and resulting price increasing. I fell that Frederick and I have worked very well as a business partners. He has also have recommended me to his co-workers and supervisors for me to have a premium travel consultant services with Sky Bird Travel & Tours.

This is the worst travel agency I have dealt in my life the worst and worst customer service they disconnect the phone on you
I bought a ticket from them and I was trying to change the date they said we can't.
What kind of travel agency they are? If they issue a ticket and they cannot change or do any service for their customer.will not even motion their name to anyone I know at all.
I will rate this agency negative stars the worst rating a company like them could have.

Honestly all you need to know about this company is through the pandemic they made their employees come into the office, took minimal safety precautions and deny their employees benefits. Completely unethical company, they don't treat people right. I'm booking my travel through literally anyone else.
