Place is great. Been regularly visiting since August of last year. Lisette and the rest of the staff are kind and super chill. Pricing is competitive and deals are worth the trip. Good selection, knowledgeable staff, also carry secondary items that save me trips to other stores. I'll probably keep spending way too much money here and thanking them for the privilege.

I came back here after coming out a few months ago, and there is definitely something up with this place. For starters, the workers here are all overall unprofessional and act in a way that is suspicious even to me as an outsider. Also, you can not take pictures of the products at all I have never been to a vape shop that doesn't want free advertising, especially since It seems like one of those small business types of vape shops. Suggests that perhaps their products are illegitimate or poor quality, and they know more than they let on. The overall vibe is unwelcoming and gives a bad vibe. Anyways, I would recommend going to Hazel shop down the street. Yeah, it's not 24/7, but honestly, the staff at Hazel has more class and professionalism and products and staff that don't seem fake or hiding something.

Edit: Also, just noticed all these 5 star reivews all simultaneously being posted within hours/days of one another with the same phrasing. Yeah, I would recommend going to another shop, as vape shops sometimes will ask customers to leave 5 star reviews in order to get free stuff or discounts in order to make them appear reputable when they actually are not. Avoid this place. I'll never be back

Vivi and Jen were suuuuper cool and so mf sweet. They put me onto some delicious cones, gave great service and made fun conversation. The manager had helped me out a few times too. He's a little weird but he's definitely cool. Like sunglasses at night werewolf weird. But he's chill ig. I <3 smoke & eve!

This vape shop is top-notch! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions.
Their customer service is amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The shop itself is spotless, well-organized, and has a great selection of products.
Definitely a go-to spot for all your vaping needs! Highly recommend!

I’ve shopped here in the past when in the area and had good experiences until today. I went in to get some gummies but looked at some other products priced around $6 and the gothic girl assisting me refused to even allow me to hold the $6 item I was considering. I then had to request her to at the very least demonstrate how the product actually functioned, as she refused to even put the item on the counter. I then asked about the difference of one gummy version in a jar that had a disclaimer that stated it was higher potency vs. a smaller package of the same product that did not have the disclaimer, and the same gothic girl replied, “It’s a higher potency”! Well no kidding Capt. Obvious! I walked out but walked back in to try and talk to a manager. The other employee that was there today (2/16/2025) the day this took place, asked to hear what happened, and when I explained it all to him, he didn’t even care one bit!

Needless to say, I’ll NEVER shop at this POS location ever again and will let everyone I know about this negative experience!

Terrible business. Don't be fooled by the sudden flurry of 5 star reviews, either. The employees give discounts on their poor quality products, and even leave their own positive reviews or write the customers reviews for them to give the allusion this place is a good vape shop 😀. Whatever is going on at this business, it's not worth the visit unless you're under 21 and don't mind getting poor quality vapes, than this is the spot for you, as staff do not ID check what so ever and the owners know it! Just check the reviews for the other 2 location of the same name on bacock, prue, and Evans road ( the Evans location goes under a different name called Luxury Smoke) and you'll get the idea of what kind of operation this place is running 😬. If you see this review and none of the above applies to you, do not go!

ALMOST Didn’t come because of previous bad reviews of one employee. But I gave it a shot anyway, and there was a worker there named Dustin, who was extremely kind and helpful! So hopefully some of you will give this place another chance and it works out for you like it did for me☺️
