My husband and I were traveling for work and stopped by because we were driving through. It's a wonderful little place - the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We both got the pulled pork sandwiches - they are absolutely amazing. I like the Carolina BBQ sauce on mine. The baked beans are savory and rich and the Mac and cheese has a little kick to it - but it's not too spicy. The coleslaw is fantastic - add it to your sandwich with the pickles. That's the way to do it. We will definitely be back!

Ace was our one-man waiter, cook, and entertainment.
Found his little gem of a BBQ joint via the maps. We were just passing through.
We had the pulled pork (sandwich) dinner, which came with 2 sides (we got the mac-and-cheese & baked beans). Everything was HOT and delicious! He gave us one of the sauces (swet & tangy).
Super friendly and chatted with the folks dining in.
It's a cozy little eatery. Feels like it's off the beaten path, but it's worth finding it!

We stopped here on a roadtrip after seeing the reviews and it did not disappoint! I got the fried chicken (which was wings that day) freshly breaded and fried up crispy. They were amazing! Next time I’ll ask for them tossed in hot sauce instead of on the side but really great flavor (just like my wings saucy). The Mac and cheese was excellent. Hubby got the pulled pork sandwich with a side of slaw and loved it. We even got some sausages and pulled chicken to go for dinner. The owner came out to make sure everything was good then showed us his smoker setup which smelled delicious. If we lived closer we would be back all the time!

What a nice dinner we had. We stayed in the parking lot in our RV and came in for a bite. Ace was quite the host and the food was right on point! Even got to try his new cornbread recipe out😋 we had a Mac n cheese bbq bowl with both sauces and the fried ribs dinner. That’s right fried ribs🤯 smoked first, deep fried, then tossed in sauce, crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside! If you’re in the area you should stop in!

We came in from out of town for a concert and found this place on Google. It's a BBQ joint off the beaten path, but worth the trip! The food was good, genuine southern BBQ foods. And the hospitality was off the chart. The owner and staff were so joyful and friendly. They took time to chat about the food and history of the place. They were wonderful! I wish them much success.

I ordered the smoked wings and brisket with fries meal. The wings had no seasoning on them and the skin was crunchy like pork skin. Not in a good way. The Memphis bbq sauce on the wings was okay. Nothing to write home about. The brisket was also flavorless and very tough. I couldn't pull apart most of the pieces with my hands. I had to bite and tear the pieces to eat the brisket. The fries had no salt on them and were floppy. The floors were sticky and the tables were all dirty. The cost was $56 after tip, which is ridiculous for the small amount of brisket included. The owner was nice and pleasant, which was the only positive of the experience here.

My wife and I were heading out to the casino for some food and fun for the day and I remembered a coworker highly suggested a BBQ place near by so we decided to stop in. It was a little off the beaten path and hidden but it was definitely a gem of a place to find. The food was absolutely amazing. The sides were perfectly portioned and didn’t leave us feeling that uncomfortable overly full feeling. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and intuitive. They showed us the smoker after we finished our meal which not all places do these days. We inquired about catering which we plan to do through them very soon. My wife is picky with her pulled pork and she was very impressed. The meat selection as well as sides were very nice and we highly recommend this to anyone. First time and won’t be our last. Very very pleasant experience with place and people.

I’m not normally a fan of bbq in general, but my husband wanted food and this place was around the corner. I really loved everything, but the baked beans were absolutely stand out to me.
