Booking SoEventful for the month of package was the best decision we made for the entire wedding!!! I am the bride that loved planning my own wedding, working with our local vendors on the rentals, and organizing everything the way it should be so it could be executed. We were going back and forth for a while if it was worth the money and decided to just book it. Looking back on the month leading up to the wedding and the day of, it was worth every single penny. We get paired with Ashley M. and she was the perfect planner for my personality and wedding I had envisioned. She was the calm to my crazy and was always thinking about things that I wasn’t thinking about but were important details I needed. I was one of the brides whose venue was impacted by the hurricane season and Ashley jumped right in and helped me make a plan of attack before I made any decision. She actually met me on site a week earlier than anticipated to do a walk through and help me see that my wedding was still possible at the venue I had my heart set on for 18 months. Ashley also helped me get in contact with another hair & makeup artist after my original gal was not providing the best customer service or communication. The new gal she recommended was the best and I was so happy with the recommendation and help to get rebooked with such short notice. On the actual day of our wedding, I didn’t worry about anything. I saw Ashley in the morning when she arrived and then not again until it was time to say I Do. She took care of everything and handled anything that came her way. When we did our reception reveal, to say I was speechless was an understatement. Instant happy tears!!!! Every detail I imagined, came true. It was actually more than I ever imagined it was absolutely perfect. I can still vividly remember walking in and just being blown away. It was beyond perfect! Ashley was the silver lining to our wedding day and it would not have been the day we had without her. She is a gem for the SWFL Event Industry.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because SoEventful deserves it! My weekly calls with Tomarah became such a routine that I looked forward to them. Disclaimer- I actually went through withdrawals from my Tomarah calls the week following the wedding. We not only accomplished so much and planned an incredible wedding, but had so much fun during the 9 month process. She was on point and organized the entire time which made my life so much easier and less stressful. How important it was to have her, especially the few weeks before the wedding, cannot be overstated. She helped handle so many of the minute tasks such as preparing our vinyl dance floor for hours the morning of our wedding to make sure it was perfect. Tomarah was an integral part of our day making sure the flow of our wedding went smoothly and that our timeline was followed. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner and event organizer than Tomarah with So Eventful.
Happy husband here- Although I was usually not present for my wife’s and Tomarah’s phone calls, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Tomarah. She helped my wife every step of the way during this very stressful process of planning a wedding. We could always bounce ideas off of her and she was always so accessible. Cece was absolutely amazing. We had two big events in one weekend and Cece and her crew made the entire weekend flow flawlessly. My husband and I went into the wedding planning journey not 100% sure of what we wanted but Cece was able to steer us in the right direction. I'm not really sure where to begin about the level of organization, professionalism, and detail from the So Eventful wedding planning team. It has been an incredible journey from the very beginning of the wedding planning process to the very end. The business of wedding planning can be incredibly stressful and overwhelming, but Cece and her team handle it all flawlessly and gracefully. I cannot say enough things about this beautiful team and their craft.

We also utilized their day of Bridal Party Concierge service for the day of the wedding. Rachel showed up first thing in the morning and jumped right in to the madness. She helped us steam our dresses, put together the details box, help with any last minute issues or emergencies, drink stains, and all around was there to soothe all anxieties and questions. She was an absolute GEM and did not leave our side until the reception. The bridal party concierge is an absolute must on the day of your wedding!

Thank you so much for making our wedding the best day of our lives! You heard and understood and our vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way.

Where do I even begin? Cece is quite literally the only choice for a wedding planner in SW Florida. She created my husband’s & my dream wedding down to the very last detail. She paid attention to the things that were important to us and made sure they happened, even if they weren’t the most practical. The entire process was stress free thanks to Cece. It changed the entire planning process, especially with our calls and the Aisle Planner app that we worked with to keep us on track. She coordinated with vendors and created our entire timeline for the day. I don’t think I can think of anything that Cece wasn’t a part of for the wedding, and it turned out so much better than we could’ve imagined because of her. She was always available for questions/brain dumps. One thing that will stick with me forever is how she came up to me at the end of photos and could see my feet were killing me & told me I could take them off (not sure why I thought that wasn’t allowed lol) but she then proceeded to go up to my hotel room and grab me socks that I forgot to pack in my shoes for dancing. It was the little things like that that mean the world. She was always paying attention & making sure the day went without a hitch. THANK YOU CECE 💗
