Victoria and her team were absolutely wonderful helping plan my daughter’s encanto themed 3rd birthday party in Dec! The decor was a dream! She was very detailed oriented: organizing food, snacks, decor, cake and worked well with the venue! We stayed on budget as well. Will be using her for future child and grow up parties! I didn’t have to worry about anything regarding the party, which was helpful for this physician mom!

I cannot say enough about Victoria and her amazing team at Socialite Planning. Our wedding would not have been possible without her guidance, support, creativity, and work ethic. She brought our vision to life and was instrumental with problem-solving and adapting on the day of. We got thrown a few curveballs, but Victoria and her team helped manage everything swiftly and helped ease our stress. Aside from her help with organizing and executing our vision, our guests raved about the beautiful and delicious grazing board and wonderful bar service. Of special note for me, when I asked her last minute to swap a signature cocktail for an iced tea bar in memory of my mom, she went above and beyond and made my last minute thought a beautiful tribute. I cannot thank Victoria enough and recommend her with the highest esteem!

Where do I even begin? I am a Bride from south Louisiana that was getting married in CT and had NO CLUE where to start. Enter Victoria and Socialite Planning. From our first phone call, over a year ago, Victoria saw my vision. She calmed my nerves and became a trusted confidant I could run my ideas by. This level of support did not waiver through the entire process. Our wedding was 3 days ago. Victoria from Socialite Planning was absolutely amazing. I got engaged on Christmas Eve and knew I wanted to get married on my upcoming anniversary, which was in August. I planned my dream wedding in just 7 months but I had one problem, I did not have a Wedding Coordinator. Everyone that I would have entrusted with that responsibility was either a part of my wedding or a guest. This was the factor that stressed me the most until I found Victoria. I booked her to be my Day-of Coordinator. Victoria is literally everything you would expect for this role- prompt, insightful, organized, timely, patient, thorough and super personable. She brought her assistant, Gabby. The two of them are such an awesome team! My family and friends LOVED them, and so did I. Victoria took the time to meet with my husband and I several times. On my wedding day, Victoria worked well with my DJ and other vendors. She ensured that my ceremony flowed flawlessly, cocktail hour ran smoothly and that the reception introductions/dances were executed accordingly. I would hire her again without hesitation.

Victoria is absolutely amazing! From the first point of contact to the day of our event, she was kind, professional, and helpful! She is an incredible bartender, and went above and beyond what she was hired for. She engaged our guests and was truly a beautiful addition to our son's First Communion reception! She not only made sure everyone was having a great time, but as a native Portuguese speaker, she made many of our Portuguese guests feel right at home. We will be hiring her for all of our future events for sure!!
