Only stayed for 2 nights but this worked out OK due to travel with our little dog.|Stayed on the 1st. floor near the exit close to the outdoor smoking area.|This was good for potty breaks with the little one. There is a nice field across the way which was convenient and we even watched the train go bye. The room was a bit strange how there has been a refresh but they oddly reused some old delaminating hardware in the shower which completely ruined the look. New carpet, new walls, old hardware and lampshade. The kitchenet is fine and the room worked out for us overall.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place. My mother had a flood at her retirement home last August and was displaced and was able to finally move back home yesterday. She has been staying at Sonesta for many months because of it. They were so good to her and it was very appreciated. I visited quite often and I won't list the employees by name but they were great and enjoyable to talk to. They absolutely turned a terrible situation into a great one. She told me yesterday she sure was going to miss this place and watching her trains go by. Thank y'all so much for everything!!

Positive: The rooms were large with nearly a nice kitchenette. They had been updated at some point but are now showing some age. Negative: The room smelled like stale smoke. It was awful and really detracted from what would have been a nice stay otherwise. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom.

I love the girl at the front desk name NeNe. She was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. She always welcomed me anytime I came through the front door and she is a very respectful individual. She made sure my room was cleaned and that I had clean towels. I would highly recommended this place.

Well, this is an ok hotel but nothing to get excited about. The one big draw is the price. The mattress was too soft, and the room was pretty spartan. The clerks at the front desk didn't know how to send an email I wanted to print to the guest printer. So I'd say this place is ok in a pinch. But if you have a little time, look around.

My room was on the second floor, it was clean and well stocked. Fridge did not smell. The water was very hot and shower pressure was good. The room did not smell and was pet friendly for an additional charge. The grounds around the hotel were clean and a dumpster was available at an area that was easy to access. I would have given 5 starts except for the fact that the smell of Marijuana was so strong in the hall it would about knock you over. There were also a couple of times we smelled it strongly in our room. The room we had included a sofa bed and that mattress was pretty bad. No signs of bugs or pet stains. Rate was reasonable. There was not a fan in the bathroom. There were a few close restaurants. We would stay again, hopefully next time without the pot smell.

Guests can check out various cooking items, but the room has basic dishes, stove top, fridge, and even a laundry bag. The layout is nice, the staff is helpful. If you are looking for a week to month stay, this is a good find.

Room was very clean and well supplied. Air conditioner was somewhat loud. Staff friendly but couldn’t help me with the distinct smell of pot in the hallways and on the grounds outside. All they did was spray the hallway with air freshener. Explained that they couldn’t do anything about people smoking pot even though it is a non smoking hotel.
