We loved our stay at sterling beach. The condo was beautiful and well decorated. It was also very comfortable we felt relaxed sitting in the condo or going out on the beach. The beach and pool area was very quiet and peaceful, and the people who work there are really nice and helpful. The outside was clean and well taken care of. We had beach chair service and Mike was great he did a great job of making sure the umbrella was set up correctly to make it more comfortable. On the beach we had fun catching crabs and playing in the ocean, our hosts provided some beach items and we enjoyed not having to go get them. Being on the second floor was great no long waits on the elevator. The kitchen was well stocked we cooked a couple of meals there and I found everything I needed there. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this place and the vacation we had there. We will definitely be back.

This condo is so beautiful and perfect for any beach trip! From the windows surrounding you - you can visualize the views from the city to the pristine beaches! We loved it and will definitely stay there again! The owners make it so convenient for you to stay there! Bonus - we had an additional option for a discounted excursion for a sunset cruise with one free ticket! Loved it!

By far one of my favorite trips to PCB. The condo was so clean and organized. Perfect sized bed room with a huge tv just like the living room. My mom and I went for a mother daughter get away, and our stay here really made the trip. Very updated and cute for everyone! Felt safe and secure the whole time. Would 100% book here again!

A favorite summer destination, we had a wonderful Christmas time family getaway at Sterling Beach as well! Condo is large and well appointed with spectacular views. The heated pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!

We've been going to PCB for years and this condo exceeded our expectations. We were there for the Ironman race and the location is perfect... If you're traveling purly for leisure, it's perfectly located within easy walking distance to Pier Park and offers tons of parking.
Bottom line... everything about this listing is accurate and probably a bit under rated in our opinion. The host is extremely responsive and exceeded our every request.

Perfect location away from the high Rise Condos and crowds. Clean, very well supplied condo on ground floor. Steps away from beach. Nice clean pool area and grounds. Couldn't ask for a better location away from crowds but close to all the conveniences. We will definitely be back. This one's a keeper.

I highly recommend booking through southern coast vacation rentals! Lacey was a delight to work with! My family stayed at Doc Holiday! Prefect getaway for the entire family. The icing on the cake was the private dock!

We loved staying at Tidewater unit #713. This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. My daughter in law lives in the area and has a cleaning business and said this was the nicest rental condo she has ever been in. Clean, convenient and they even let us in our room a few hours early. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
