After a serious illness, I lost my job and had to move. With Covid in full force many shelters were full and I had no friends or family in the area. Darius not only found a place that was reported full but paid for a cab to take me there after hours! I was at my lowest point and they treated me like I was someone important. Now the wonderful shelter I stay at is helping me find a job and the Coalition is helping me find a home. It was horrible to lose so much of my mobility, but Darius and the Coalition gave me hope.

I desperately needed help for my Mother who is mentally ill and was homeless. These people are a God send. I am forever grateful that they responded to my plea for help when NO ONE and I mean no one else in that area would.

Helps homeless people in various ways if you are currently homeless I recommend calling them. They assist with tents, hotel voucher, getting into homeless shelter and pay for fist month and deposit for an apartment with weekly case management for your individual needs for 4 months
