I’ve been to this spa twice now. Both times have been underwhelming. My first experience was a 90 minute Swedish that ended after 75 minutes. It wasn’t until I made it back to my car and realized that I was shorted time. The massage itself was good, but it’s clear that the massage rooms are just repurposed hotel rooms, as the curtains they pull across the windows don’t do much for the sound. As they are on the ground floor and face the outside corridor, I could hear the conversations of the people outside, which made it hard to fully relax. I received another gift certificate to the spa and decided to use it on the Signature Manicure and Pedicure. Their website was comprehensive but when I put in my redemption code for the gift certificate, I kept getting an error message. I called and made an appointment with the very helpful front desk. The manicure and pedicure facilities are pretty bare. The buttons on the chairs are broken, the floors are scuffed up, the walls are bare and the windows need love. My nail technician did a great job, but she definitely could have use some better areas in which to work, the manicure supplies barely fit on the table. I saw some paint samples on top of the drying table, so I am guessing they may be painting(?), but it looks sad now. I’ve been to a good amount of day spas and it looks like Heritage decided to throw in a bunch of equipment 10 years ago, pop on a “Spa Music” CD and then ignore the place. I hope the wonderful workers get a great place to work in. Their demeanor and pleasant personalities are a credit to this place, it’s the only reason they got 3 stars.

Such a lovely spa. The staff is so kind. Ellen gave me the most relaxing, soothing massage. So gentle and comforting. I felt really at peace.

Highly recommend booking massage if you’re staying here!

I had an amazing experience at the Heritage Spa. I was greeted by Laura when I arrived. I told her it was my first time there, she took the time to show me around the spa and hotel. Very welcoming and professional. I had a pedicure with Monika, she was wonderful. I’m very happy with my service and will be booking again very soon.

Wonderful experience: clean, comfortable and staff makes you feel like friends, not customers. From the minute you walk in, the lovely receptionist to the massage therapists:all a breath of fresh air.. Left feeling renewed! Would definitely do this one again..

The Spa facial with Barbara was the worse experience ever and I've had many. She only applied and rubbed an exfoliating cream (Same cream) 3 times and the steam was barely coming out of the machine. As a professional in the beauty and film industries I have extensive knowledge of a good quality Esthetician's skills. Afterwards I was told that Barbara had to leave because she was sick. This issue should've been explained upon my arrival otherwise have another person service me. The foot message by Diana was relaxing and luxuririating and she was very courteous too. Five stars would've been given if the facial wasn't so disappointing.The Spa was gifted by my significant other for my birthday and what a waste of money!
