Ideal stopover hotel for vacationers heading south. Newly refurbished from an old Comfort Inn I believe. Extremely clean and quiet. Needs are super comfortable so we had a great sleep. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast featured toast, cereal, muffins, bagels and fresh fruit. No real protein like eggs that would have been nice.

I was a little hesitant to book this hotel because of some of the negative comments. However, I did not have one negative experience during my stay. The beds were very comfortable after a long day in NYC driving toward Ithaca (good almost halfway mark). The staff was pleasant as well.

"Breakfast" is pretty lackluster; essentially just a bagel bar. The shower in my room still had the previous resident's hair EVERYWHERE, as in on the bottles of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, stuck to the wall, on the floor, just everywhere. Coffee bar is pretty nice, just about on par with a Hampton. Not easy to get in and out of the parking lot, but there's a few restaurants nearby.

Been coming here for a few months when visiting family. Basic, not many amenities but the staff is really good, the beds are comfortable, and the TVs are nice. WIFI is fast work good signal. Everything has been redone The breakfast is a cold bagel bar, but the coffee is really good. Great location. It's a deal for the price.

Positive: It had a sense of peace. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee al day and very friendly staff. No problem keeping the same room when adding additional nights. Negative: No microwave in room.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room was not clean and did not meet basic hygiene standards. Breakfast was poor in quality and lacked variety. I would not recommend this hotel and do not plan to stay here again.

Merica ,the greeter was awesome and helpful,coffee was fresh,beds and pillows are great,housekeeping was great as well.the negative side is no microwave in the room,no dresser,no laundry facilities,plus side huge television,very clean room
