Would NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU GET MOBILE PHONE SERVICE WITH SPECTRUM!! Their staff is not what they say they are. I changed to the mobile service as I had the internet already so I switched to bundle everything. VERY BIG MISTAKE!! It's been a nightmare since I changed my service in September 2024. I spent 8 HOURS IN THE STORE!! A FULL SHIFT. Did everything that the lady said to do and what their CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE said to do. My 1st bill I got was $1700 ! I called them only for them to tell me that I was paying for 4 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 phones and 5 lines..EXCUSE ME? I only have 3 lines and 2 phones. So they ASSURED me that it was taken care of. Nope..my next bill was $1868..I called Customer Service and once again, they tell me that my numbers were tied to 2 other phones because they were sent back to SPECTRUM and the Customer Service person instructed the lady in the store that day to give me 2 temporary numbers til I got home and ported my numbers over. Big mistake..EVERY MONTH I HAVE HAD TO CALL because of my bill being so high. Every time I have called they have something different about my bill to say. I have paid my bill to keep service but they kept telling me that they have submitted a ticket and I didn't have a bill till they had the issue fixed. My bill went from $142 up to $3868.00 and when I called about it I was told that I had a line disconnected and had to pay a phone off. I was not happy at all. I have had to call these people EVERY MONTH SINCE SEPTEMBER 28TH!! Wish I would have NEVER SWITCHED!!**tells me to contact them so they can get more info on this but everything that the store owner has said to contact them is not working or it says that the page no longer exists 🤔

There kiosk stays messed up 1 way or another! And if you do have to talk to an employee there I wish you the best of luck. Hope you have plenty of time!!! You're gonna need it

You've definitely got to get there as soon as they open because it's a very busy store, and you'll wait for a prolonged period of time. Other than that, great service.

What a difference between my in store experience a month ago in Cullman Spectrum store and my visit today at the Decatur location in Decatur. One other customer in the store. Two people behind the customer help desk area, male worker ask what I needed. I said disconnect service. He ask had I already had it turned off. I reply no. He informed me I need to sign in and have a seat. As I sat for several minutes I took a picture of the lady behind the counter on her cell phone. After taking the picture he said something to her and she then said I can help you. The two people out front I found to have little to no customer care skills and felt very uncomfortable here. I left a review for the Cullman store that had two wonderful helpful ladies there. It is sad you cannot get the same customer experience in Decatur you get in Cullman. I would suggest Spectrum replace those two workers.

I went here this morning to get my cellphone service switched & after reading the reviews last night I was dreading it. There was a guy named Shawn and he was so respectful , I couldn't have asked for anything better . He came over & helped me to the counter & was so helpful & considering I'm disabled he made sure I was comfortable while he worked his technical magic. I couldn't have asked for better assistance. I'm definitely asking for him on my next visit.
TRULY AN ASSATE TO SPECTRUM!!

If any other internet provider offered service in my area I would go there instead. I hate working with Spectrum, they are rude and the customer service phone line was awful. They offer cheaper plans when you get a phone line serviced... BUT I don't even want the phone line... So in what logic on God's green Earth is it okay to charge people even more for less services. Its asinine and I hate them. That's all.

VERY RUDE. Keep in mind the wait was long & on top of that one of the employees was very very rude & then was eating while I was asking a question & just kept smacking their food & kept ignoring on what I was saying while talking to her other coworker like if no customer was there it’s very immature of their self & on top of that had an attitude while I was still standing there like dummy waiting for a response from the question I had asked. They need better employees and not rude people.

Spectrum is the worst all around. Do yourself a favor and switch to $45 Straightalk home Internet. Best thing we ever have done.
