WHY are hotels always so dimly lit?!
Is it too much to ask for more lighting?
There was a tiny desk lamp & one lamp in the corner to light an entire room! I actually had to use the light from my phone to find something in my purse:/

The hotel is right off the exit which is convenient for travelers, and there are plenty of food choices nearby.
The rooms are clean, quiet and spacious with a mini fridge (no freezer area). The bed was large, and not very comfortable, and the pillows were just as bad. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, so bring your own.

The bathroom was really big & had the best lighting in the room but there was only one outlet in the entire bathroom- and it was behind a shelf on the counter which made it very hard to use. Another outlet would be great.

All in all, it was a good place to stay with a nice buffet in the morning.

Stayed here one night on our way home from a road trip. Hotel is definitely newer and they have kept up on cleanliness and the building as it still shows well. The front desk concierge when we checked in was amazing. Extremely friendly, welcoming and had a number of recommendations for dinner. On the way back in from dinner ~ she had a terrific greeting and welcomed us back. This location very good ~ no noise from the highway and great location for restaurants and coffee shops.

Stopped for the night after a 9 hour drive, had my pup 🐶 with me. The hotel is advertised as “pet friendly “ however after paying $100 pet fee, the hotel itself and staff Are NOT, I expected some area for “ pets” but to my surprise the hotel is situated in a busy plaza with no private space for guests and their pets can walk around. Also I would suggest if this hotel is marketed being “ pet friendly “ please re train your staff in welcoming guests in a professional manner, I was asked at checkout again if I paid the fee, staff could have easily checked my portfolio and see it for herself instead of making seem like I did not. I would not recommend this hotel if anyone is considering bringing with them their beloved pet/baby, rather pay the $100 pet fee in a place that’s more welcoming to both the guest and their “pet”

Very clean and modern hotel with a friendly staff despite getting in at 10pm. Headed North for the holidays and we were very happy with our stay and impressed with the spacious and modern rooms. Only negative was a slightly less chipper breakfast staff. Would stay again!

Wonderful hotel! It is about 2 years old and everything is in tip-top shape. We stay in hotels A LOT, and this hotel (and staff) were excellent. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and I liked that the countertop had plenty of space for our stuff. Never heard our neighbors nor any traffic noise from the road. Hotel has a small bar, and the sundry shop is well stocked. They offer free breakfast in the morning, which is nice. The staff (Holly especially) were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, very accommodating, happy to help....really above and beyond service. They were absolutely on point and would be an asset to a higher grade brand. I would absolutely stay here again.

About 25 minutes from Hershey Park, an easy drive. There is a Trader Joe's right across the parking lot, a Burger King a short walk and I want to say two other restaurants too. Plenty of options for tired and hungry travelers.

We’ve stayed at this property for the last several years and since it’s opening. Our first stay was actually within weeks of their debut. Initially the property was flawless (for Springhill Suites). Being an Ambassador Elite member, I’ve stay at the total spectrum of Marriott properties. I regret to say this property has greatly declined since its debut. From virtually non functioning internet (had to use my phone hot spot) to sloppy breakfast (had to ask for milk, guest were using half and half for cereal), this property has become an extremely overpriced version of its prior self. So disappointing to see.

We stayed here while visiting Hershey Park. It was a 20-30 minute drive away. The hotel’s location was excellent. Right next to Trader Joe’s and in close proximity to Texas Roadhouse, Chick-fil-A, Bonefish Grill, Burger King, and Michael’s. There was a plaza with more shops across the way as well. We had a very restful, peaceful, and happy stay. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was complimentary and offered good variety: my husband enjoyed the oatmeal, our son enjoyed the waffles, and I liked the eggs/sausage. Front desk staff was gracious and very helpful, always welcoming us back and offering helpful tips. We highly recommend this location.

Just coming back from a long drive, stopped to visit family in the area and ended up getting there much later than expected due to traffic. With small children and 4 hours left still to drive we looked for a very last minute stop for our family of 6. They answered the phone immediately, were warm and welcoming, and even directed us to local fast food that we reached just in time to get our order in before they closed. The cost was reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large closet, but would not call it a suite at all. The morning breakfast ended rather early (9am) but was continually stocked and fresh. The morning desk staff was just as welcoming as the night staff. It was just a minute off of the turnpike. Wish the TV was two, or placed better for the one bed couldn't really watch it at all. Wish there was a little more seating for breakfast, and less of the coffee table height with couch type seating, but overall a great last minute stay, and we will be back when next in the area.
