Thank you Linda for planning an amazing trip to Paris! We toured the city The EiffelTower, the Lourve, Musée Orsay and Notre Dame. We cruised the river Seine, ate chocolate in Belgium, stood in the sand on Omaha Beach and drank champagne in Champagne! The champagne was awesome and the croissant filled with butter.

Linda has been planning my family trips for years. We recently went to Vegas and stayed in the Mandarin Oriental and had a great trip. Our flights were planned at convenient times and Linda was always a pleasure to work with. Previously, we went on a Celebrity Cruise through Mexico and Starship planned everything from transportationfrom the airport to upgraded rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Rose was fantastic to work with. We weren't sure exactly where we wanted to go for our Honeymoon, but she was prepared with many options! She gave us plenty of resorts within our price range and was able to explain each area in detail. She was easy to reach, even after we booked our vacation. I had plenty of questions to ask after we booked that I forgot to ask before and she was more than happy to answer them for me, as well as to just chat for a few minutes. Starship has does all of my family vacations since I can remember. Linda always makes sure to find us the best upgrade possible and takes care of everything from the transportation to the baggage handling. We have been to multiple villas over the past 10 years in the Virgin Islands and always find ourselves surprised and satisfied when we walk in the door of our villa. I wouldn't use any other travel agency or travel website because Starship always does the best job and takes away the hassle of planning.

I have had Karen plan several trips. After a few conversations on the first trip, Karen knew exactly what we wanted & expected. Her follow through & attention to detail is extraordinary. You ask a question once & it is answered in detail quickly. We are taking a trip with a group that has another travel agent/company running it. The difference in customer service is indescribable. Same questions in multiple e-mails not answered, delays in information , & details that Karen never let get to the question stage going not communicated. I have planned numerous trips on my own, but I have seen the value of a GOOD travel agent. Karen has given us ideas for upcoming trips & always has us laughing when we stop in the office.
