Only stayed one night in the Queen with two double beds in other room and two bathrooms. Nice but would have been great if the Queen toilet was working right. Did no. 1 and tried to flush it and it wouldn’t work so I had to use the other bathroom. Thank God it was two because they didn’t have a maintenance guy until the morning front desk said. She asked if I would like a plunger to fix it myself. 👀 This is the only reason I gave a 4 star everything else was nice. Breakfast had many great choices. I would recommend it🤩

This hotel overall was excellent. Like how you could crack open the windows for fresh air. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Had free laundry which was very helpful. The only complaint, I had was kids running in the hallway with no parents watching them and one morning the floor smelled like someone was smoking weed, this is a smoke free hotel.

I would stay at this property again but I forgot my lotion and conditioner and was not able to use the products provided. We had a room RIGHT BY the elevator so that was not a great location. I'm sure further down the hallway would be fine for noise but the kids were racing in the hallway -- or something like that. Maybe keep the top floor for travelers w/o kids if the hotel isnt fully booked? Either way, still a decent property.

I’ve been staying at Staybridge Suites in Lincolnshire for 67 days straight, and I can honestly say it has felt like a home away from home. From day one, the warmth and kindness of the staff have made all the difference.
Natalie, the manager, is truly exceptional. She is not only incredibly efficient but also deeply caring—always making sure guests feel valued and comfortable. No matter how busy she is, she takes the time to check in and ensure everything is just right. It’s clear she takes great pride in making this hotel a welcoming place for everyone.
The housekeeping team has been wonderful, and I especially appreciate Mac for his hard work and attention to detail. My room has been consistently spotless and well cared for, which makes such a difference during a long stay.
The food here is another highlight. Sergio, who prepares breakfast every morning, does an incredible job making sure guests start their day with a delicious, well-prepared meal. In the evenings, the woman who makes dinner creates comforting, home-cooked-style meals that I truly look forward to.
I also want to recognize David from maintenance. He is always quick to respond, professional, and friendly. Knowing that any issue will be handled promptly and with care is reassuring, and his dedication to keeping everything in top shape is truly appreciated.
Spending 67 days away from home isn’t always easy, but the team here has made it an absolute pleasure. Their kindness, hard work, and dedication have made all the difference. If you’re looking for a place that feels like more than just a hotel, Staybridge Suites Lincolnshire is it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We will be back every time we’re in the area. Breakfast was big, free, and so many options. Staff was very friendly. Room were clean, free guest laundry, clean pool, very nice fitness area. And the neighborhood is very safe. Will be back loved this hotel!

The girl at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Good sense of humor and very knowledgeable. The room felt a lot more modern than most Hotels with their 80's vibe. I loved this place. I was only here for business but would 100% book a vacation in one of your locations.

Positive: Even though this hotel is an older building, the management takes excellent pride in keeping it clean neat updated. The breakfast is amazing with lots of fresh fruit, real eggs, a variety of veggies and fruits, cereal, and bread. Gym and laundry are clean Negative: One of the rooms had a bad smell when I passed it, but that was not the hotel?s fault

Just stay somewhere else. The rooms smelt terrible, the hotel is old and some areas are very poorly maintained. The gym is so tiny, there is barely room for 2 people to work out. The pool is freezing and there is no spa. The breakfast was good but we watched a worker come and scoop eggs into his bare hands. It was disgusting.
