I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks in large part to the incredibly friendly staff. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

I accidentally left an item behind, but with just one quick phone call, I was able to arrange to come back and pick it up without any hassle. It’s reassuring to know that they care about their guests and their belongings.

A special shout-out to the breakfast team! The breakfast spread was nothing short of impressive—definitely on par with a world-class hotel. The variety and quality of the food were fantastic and made for a great start to each day.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service. I’ll certainly be back!

This hotel has been our favorite so far. We went for a weekend getaway. The breakfast was delicious! Waffle with fresh strawberries. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Staff was excellent and very polite. Such a cool atmosphere for a hotel that includes a basketball court, pool, and a bbq pit for common use. The only thing that could’ve been a smidge better was the little snack store they have. It was very bare, but that’s okay we went to Walmart which was close by & got groceries for the weekend.

We will be staying again in the future! Definitely recommend.

This hotel was a short stay for us since we arrived late in the evening and checked out early in the morning. The suite was quite spacious but some room amenities sure could use some refreshing. The sofa's were not the cleanest so I never sat on them, AC was quite noisy when heating up the room, and no charging ports close to the bed. The rooms were still clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Hotel location is more than 7min off the highway and a bit secluded with not much around.

This was my first time checking in to this IHG Hotel, Check in was quick and efficient, Room was very clean and very comfortable, I really liked the layout not only of the room but the entire first floor! The gentlemen who presented the Happy Hour Cocktails and snacks were absolutely fabulous and so fun!!! {Give them a raise PLEASE!!!)

I felt very safe, I was traveling alone so feeling safe is always my first priority!!! I would recomend this Hotel for sure! I already have a trip coming up soon and I already have my reservations.

A satisfied short stay,

Debra F.

Staff was great. We arrived at 1am with 4 kids after driving through a snow storm. When we got to our room it had a really strong maple syrup/ pancake syrup smell. Two of my kids have allergies and are very scent sensitive. They started coughing and rubbing their eyes. Half unpacked I went to see the front desk wondering if there was another room. The wonderful night auditor gave me keys to the room next door so I could take my two kids with me to that room and my husband stayed in the suite with the other two, so great. Everyone went to bed and slept soundly.
Breakfast bar varried and clean, fresh fruit options, tea options. The attendants even offered me his phone to look up ingredients for a product because mine was charging in the room.
Front desk checkout attendant was great when we called back later to say my son left his bracelet in the shower and could we pick it up next week. She said no problem, it will be in the managers office. Only negative was we wanted to take a quick swim in the pool before we left and it was green. Like I had trou le seei g the bottom of the pool. I asked an employee if it was clean and they said yes..... I wasn't convinced so we stayed away. That's the only reason I give it an 8 instead of a 10.

We checked in late and there was no one at the desk… for awhile… which was super annoying as I was really tired. The room was nice- clean and spacious. There weren’t extra linens no linens for the sofa bed. In the morning, I was impressed with breakfast. I haven’t seen a full yogurt bar in quite some time. (That’s in addition to the other stuff). The pool was absolutely freezing- not usable.

The beds were quite comfortable. Good size kitchen. Bathroom/shower was good. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Check in and out went very smoothly. Hotel is in a good location, out of the way but easily accessible. Would highly recommend.

We've stayed at this location many times and it's perfect for location. It's close to many shops and restaurants and also easy and quick access to Downtown Pittsburgh and the airport. It's a nice centralized location for everything you'd want to do while in town.

The staff here are always very friendly. The hotel itself is clean and in good condition. The breakfast buffet is quality (compared to breakfasts I've had at other hotels) and clean. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful as well.

In terms of recreation, I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was joining the fitness craze and had installed a cold plunge ice pool in place of the standard swimming pool. All kidding aside, the swimming pool has always been cold at this location (and Staybridge Suites in general), but this was too much. It was shockingly cold - to the point that it hurt to swim. That was a huge disappointment for my kids because they could only stand it in the water for short periods of time.

The only other concern would be the noise level in our room. We were directly above the breakfast area, so every morning at 5:30 or 6:00 a.m. we were woken up to the TV in the lobby blasting and tons of noise for the rest of the morning. If you stay here, I'd recommend asking for a third-floor room, or at the very least stay away from Room 210 and the other rooms above the lobby.
