Omg there is not enough room here to explain just how wonderful Stephanie is! We hired her as our month of coordinator, but as soon we signed she sat in on all meetings we had with our vendors/event venue even though we were still months out. Every recommendation she gave in terms of vendors was absolutely amazing. We had several issues with our event venue (which we booked prior to hiring Stephanie), as they scheduled a second large wedding just next to ours at the same time with only one event coordinator, therefore Stephanie was basically doing 2 jobs. I tend to be a bit of a pushover, but Stephanie made sure our vision was realized during every discussion with vendors and the venue. Leading up to the wedding we met several times to go over every single detail, most of which my husband and I would not have thought of ourselves. She was extremely organized and continuously updated the timeline as we went along. She also caught issues with the contract from the venue when they had not updated details after our discussions. On wedding day, Stephanie helped us to get everything ready. She brought down all of our self provided materials from our hotel room and made sure everything was set up exactly as we had discussed. During the ceremony, cocktail hour, and receptions she made sure the entire wedding party was prepared and knew where to be and when. She helped the DJ with timing of introductions, dances, and speeches. She even gave us advice on how to be efficient in seeing all of guests during dinner so that we could enjoy dancing. My bridal party and parents have all reached out to tell me how great Stephanie was throughout wedding day. I cannot sing her praise enough! If you are looking for someone detail-oriented, experienced, and available when needed, look no further!!!

Where to start? BOOK HER. Seriously. Run, don’t walk (figuratively), to her website and book NOW. She is easily the best decision we made for our wedding, and a decision that ensured that all further decisions were sound. She somehow made us feel like we were the only couple she was working with. Great communication and availability. She let us lead but stepped in when needed without us having to even ask - she walked that line beautifully. Every time a vendor heard we were working with Stephanie, the response was “we love working with Stephanie!” or “you’re going to be so glad you are working with Stephanie!”. Our wedding was absolute perfection, and Stephanie made sure of that!

If you want your wedding to go smoothly, hire Stephanie! We hired her after our orginal coordinator fell through and honestly I am so glad that happened. From the start she is so organized and responsive! She sat in on all our final meetings with vendors and was on all communication with them as well. She coordinated everything so closely with the other vendors and made sure we had a detailed timeline for all of them to follow. She made sure the reception was laid out exactly as I envisioned. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the day of! She gave us such peace of mind and we are so thankful we had her!

Give Stephanie Day all your money!

We had a really complicated wedding meshing two cultures. Stephanie made the day possible, despite an incredibly complicated day with a million moving parts. She was incredibly organized, putting together and maintaining a timeline of everything. One of our biggest regrets was not hiring Stephanie earlier, and not getting her full planning package. I'm sure it would have been worth every penny, saved us money overall, and made the planning process way less stressful. Can't recommend Stephanie enough.

Hiring Stephanie as my day of coordinator was one of the best decisions I made through my wedding planning process. She is SO much more than a day of coordinator, she was there along the way to answer any questions I had. Stephanie knows what she is doing, knows the ins and outs of the wedding industry, and can even help with any honeymoon planning too! I am a very type A person and was having a hard time with the thought of not being there to set up the venue how I wanted it, but I was able to relax day of knowing that Stephanie was there. Everything was handled perfectly, the way she set up the venue was even better than I could have imagined. Her daughter, Faith, was there to help and was equally as amazing! I went back and forth about hiring a coordinator but I am extremely glad I found Stephanie! Day of, they both were right there if me or my groom needed anything at all. I am a VERY type-A, planning-oriented person, but I knew I wanted a coordinator of some kind to help me navigate all the crazy details of planning a wedding, and especially to have someone take the stress of my guests, my husband, and I on the day of our wedding. Stephanie did all of that and much more.

My husband and I hired Stephanie as our day/month-of coordinator for our wedding, and she went above and beyond. We interviewed about five different planners, and she struck us as the perfect combination of experienced, professional, fun, personable, organized, and just generally awesome. We're so glad we decided to work with her, and it paid off right away! From her initial planning with us way before the wedding, to an early in-person review of her meticulous planning documents, to many (many!) questions over email from our side, to the lead up to the wedding, she never disappointed. Stephanie made sure we had all the info we wanted, she reminded us to provide her with any details that she needed, and she was a lifesaver as the weeks drew closer to the event in coordinating all vendor details and timing. At the wedding, she checked in to see how we were doing, made sure everything went off without a hitch, and made sure everyone had an amazing time. We got a lot of compliments about her, as well as guests who are planning future weddings asking about our experience with her!
