As creepy as a horror movie, that’s how I can describe this place. Apart from the smelly ambience, the room that was given to us was also smelly moreso of the toilet. Its seems that the beddings were also not washed fully. Immediately, I replaced by finding another place. You will NOT feel safe staying in this STONECREEK. No double lock also inside the room and I feel like someone will just crush in and take our belongings. And what’s best is the entire booking was NONE REFUNDABLE. The photos shown were all MISLEADING and not as good as it is in the actual place. Smells weeds all over the place as well. Even if it’s NON REFUNDABLE for one week stay that we had booked, we chose to change and never try to even sit in the bed. It was TOTALLY DISGUSTING AND HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL!!! I didn’t take photos due to extreme disappointment that I experienced!

Very polite staff, rooms are nice must get the new ones though and you can tell the cleanliness is maintained. The location is 7/10 good places around it thought to eat and shop. and up to!

Easy location to get to, but the quality is less than average. The toilet still had urine on it, the room spelled like weed, and the floor was so dirty that I refused to take my socks off. The people I interacted with at the desk were polite

It was exactly what u could expect for the price. That was not to great not to bad the rooms were basic it was reasonably clean n quiet there. Staff was not very great I have had better environments and much better overall hotels however I give it a b.

I have only stated this hotel a couple times in the past. The rooms are definitely cleaner and updated! The staff were very kind and I believe that they were the same stuff that worked there when the name was different! I think the rooms look great in comparison to what they did!
However, I do have a pet peeve that I'm sure other people are experiencing and I left there so embarrassed with what I had on my black suit was completely covered in the lint from the bed comforter that's very nice looking and soft, it just is not conducive for a business clothes or any clothes for that matter.
The Google smart TV was a great Smart TV and looked awesome, although I could not get anything to work or to play 😔. I had a great rest and peaceful sleep 💤. I just hope that the bed comforters will be changed and it was a bummer that I had to buy a whole new business suit that day and then pay for dry cleaning for it the one I had on! Thank you for upgrading the hotel and please change the comforters...!

It served the purpose. We slept and showered. The sheets were clean. We had to ask for new towels, but other than that and the card keys being deactivated every day, it was fine.

So personally, I have been coming to this hotel on and off for about three years and I always stay on average for a month or so at a time using their weekly rooms. This time was a complete total flip on what I’ve experienced over the last three years. Bedbugs everywhere both beds in the rooms that I was switched to or completely broken and bedbug ridden. The toilets are full of mold and mildew. The floors are completely destroyed. Have 1 million burn holes in them and haven’t been clean properly in probably about three years.

I arrived to my room, and, like I stated before the bed was broken and so they switched me the room. They switched me to have bedbugs everywhere. It also had a broken bed, and they refused to switch me to a different room or properly refund me and the manager try to make it seem like I brought the bedbugs on my own and I’m sure they know full well they have a infestation in the entire Motel.

To make a long story a little short don’t ever ever ever ever ever ever ever come to this motel!!!!

Currently, the Inn is an extended stay type of lodging situation. This means that some of the people renting rooms...actually live there.
