We had the best time at our daughter’s wedding!
We booked Stonegate Weddings and Events for our first wedding ever. They were incredible to work with! Our daughter had a Medieval theme in mind and the owner hooked us up with Brenda to help keep that theme going strong! The venue was so beautiful and perfect! The spot where the bride and groom stand was directly below an air conditioning vent so they were incredibly comfortable while in the reception line on a hot July day. The food was excellent! The brownie bites were a special favorite amongst our family. We really had no worries and we were in such capable hands with Brenda! I highly recommend Stonegate Weddings and events! It was an ideal reception center! We were totally happy with all our experiences with them!

Stonegate Weddings and Events is definitely the venue to go with. First off, the owner Jennie, is the kindest person you will meet. You can feel the genuine care and love she has for her venue and the couples using it. She is organized, answers all questions, and is great at responding quickly. She gave us an amazing tour and was so hopeful during the contract process. She was flexible, and still remained available for help or questions if I could not get in contact with her wedding planner. She helps provide a list of vendors, there are hotels nearby you can get a discount with by speaking with her, and the venue is stunning. We did a ring ceremony in the candlelit chapel, and our reception was in the grand ballroom. The ring ceremony seats 120, but our guests were allowed to stand by the doorway that arrived late and didn’t have a seat. The grand ballroom is absolutely lovely. The lighting is very romantic and soft but not dark, the room is big and spacious, and the furniture is elegant and matches the theme of the room. They provide tablecloths and runners and have a large selection available to choose from. They have additional décor such as easels, fake florals, vases, candles, fake greenery, and more to use if desired. There was more than enough room for our guests, and our guests were extremely impressed by the venue. Outside the venue its very beautiful with a lovely entrance, there’s additional free parking in the next door lot across the street, and they have a lovely garden area where you can take pictures as well. The food was delicious, they only do in house catering, but it was super good and we loved our choices! Everything about it was perfect, I highly recommend going with Stonegates as your venue!!!
Brenda was a lovely wedding planner. I know that some people get nervous with the planner vendors provide – don’t be. Brenda is kind, polite, and radiates genuine enthusiasm about your wedding. She was very professional and super responsive to all emails and messages, and patient with my endless questions! She was great at following up on questions and with reminders for meetings, and she was very flexible and accommodating. She respects the brides preferences for décor and arrangement. She’s very organized, and the day of the wedding she was such a huge help. She found kind and polite ways to draw us away from conversations so we could eat, use the restroom, or do the next activity like the cake cutting. She was very on top of the schedule, and when I panicked because of a mistake in events (mine not hers), she was so quick to reassure me and provide a solution that turned out to be better for us and the guests. She is EXCELLENT and so sweet, you will be in the most capable hands!!

Stone Gate made my wedding day more special than it was already. I had very little faith in myself that I would be able to plan and pull off a reception that wasn’t lame. Planning parties for any occasion is not my forte and I actually hate it! But I knew that I had to suck it up since this wasn’t just any party, it was for my wedding! And my assigned wedding planner, Brenda, was amazing and helped me pull it off. It was definitely stressful leading up to it since there were so many decisions to make, so many people with whom to coordinate, and tasks to complete, that I was second guessing myself on several occasions on my decision to spend so much money on Stone Gate since it was all still very very stressful. But, come the day of, I didn’t have anything to stress about since it was all taken care of, and Brenda made sure of it. And everyone had a great time at the reception. I can’t tell you how amazing that makes me feel since I’ve never done anything like this before in my life (and I hope never to again!). Now that my wedding day is over and the reception is behind me, I am happy that I went with Stone Gate. It was worth the cost. I would highly recommend!

Thanks so much Jennie and Brenda for preparing such a beautiful wedding for us! It was an absolute pleasure to attend our wedding at their stunning venue. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the breathtaking views, stunning decor, and the delicious food. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The ceremony was especially memorable, with the perfect setting for the both of us to exchange vows and share a magical moment with family and friends. We were so impressed with the attention to detail and the effort put in to make this day special for my wife and I.We cannot thank the venue enough for making this day so special and for providing us with an unforgettable experience.

We loved all the decorations and rooms that were provided for both the ceremony and the reception! Brenda, one of the wonderful wedding planners here was so helpful and lead the reception with ease! I was so pleased with the way everything turned out! My only complaint is that we couldn't use our own catering.

Stone Gate was wonderful for our son’s wedding reception! They did all the set up and clean up, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. Brenda was an experienced and efficient wedding planner and she took care of little details we hadn’t thought of. We would recommend her and Stone Gate to anyone. Our reception was memorable and wonderful!

Stone Gate was very patient with us working through our wedding plans which could be a stressful event. They made it stress free and provided a lovely ceremony and reception hall for us all. Needless to say our guests left very happy and so did we uniting the knot. Definitely recommend this venue, you would not be disappointed.
