My daughter Emily got married at Stoney Point 2weeks ago. What an amazing experience we had especially since the day didn’t go as planned with the rain. The place is beautiful. But more importantly Lynn was exceptional with helping make the day go incredible. She was always helpful and didn’t get annoyed with all my questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help plan an awesome event. Her staff was awesome as well very accommodating and Snappy Chef catering made delicious food. I highly recommend having your event here.

There's so much to say and not enough space. Lynn was phenomenal, and I've never met a person, so willing to help us on our special day.

We reached out to her a year and a half before my now husband and I's wedding date. She helped with wedding planning, DJ services, finding a caterer, and florist and gave us plenty of great ideas.
Over the course of our time with her, she was always available to help us and became a friend to us.

The venue is absolutely perfect for spring, summer, or fall weddings or events. The area is secluded, and the reception hall is huge. We loved that there was a bar and a big enough dance floor to accommodate all our guests. If I could give her more stars, I would, and I highly recommend this place for any event.

I got married at Stoney point events last July. The staff were very cooperative and very nice. They all helped with what my husband and I wanted. Lynn was amazing. She is really nice and super helpful. She did everything that we wanted and more. My husband and I live out of state and she was very accommodating. She made sure that everything was set for our perfect day and we had so much fun working with her. If anybody wants to have a perfect dream wedding, I would go to Stoney Point Events. There’s no better place for that special day. Thank you Lynn for everything. You were awesome.

We were there for a wedding! It was beautiful! Food was good! The female bartender w short brown hair was definitely on point! We ordered drinks 1 time & she remembered them! I loved chatting with her!

We recently got married at Stoney Point and have consistently been receiving praise from our guests over the past few weeks. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was great! Lynn’s recommendations and meetings made everything stress-free! We live out of town, and she was able to accommodate by having meetings over zoom. Her staff was great too! They were able to answer every question we had and kept things running smoothly. We only have high praises to give, and recommend this venue to everyone.

Lynn and the folks at Stoney Point were amazing, we had our wedding there this past weekend and they made it the best event imaginable! No detail was left out in the weeks planning, and the day of was flawless. I think there was only 1 issue for the day and it was totally my fault, but it was handled by the staff so there was not one moment of worry on our special day.
I very highly recommend booking you big day here! Lynn walked us through every detail of the day in the weeks prior, including the details that we would have 100% never thought of. The staff were amazing to set everything up and take everything down for us, and they delivered beyond a 5 star experience helping us down to the the final touches.
We had looked at several venues in the area, and Stoney Point is by far the most beautiful in the area! Plus, the convenience of having an indoor reception within steps of the outdoor wedding was a life saver for older guests. The outdoor space looks straight out of a fairytale book, and the reception hall was great with an awesome dance floor, elegant seating, and amazing service from the staff.
The only thing we regret is that the night had to end at some point, but other than that, it was the best day we could have asked for!

I went to a wedding there recently, and the planner INSISTED on having a prayer even though the bride and groom aren’t religious and they didn’t care if people “judged them” and had an attitude when the prayer that the bride and groom were forced to include was to a goddess, i noticed she popped her head up and had a sour look on her face. She also was very rude to the kids who were just enjoying themselves, and wasn’t playing the right music that was requested. I missed the cake cutting because she didn’t properly announce it, and I just found. I also looked at the reviews, noticed very few low star reviews which could just be maybe the planner has off days which is still inexcusable but I also notice a lot of the reviews are very dated, being over 1 to 2 years old. It’s a beautiful venue, shame the wedding planner wants to plan her weddings it seems, not her clients.

My wife and I very recently got married and had our reception at Stoney Point Events. We can’t say enough positive things.

First, Lynn (the owner and DJ) met with us and both her and her husband are very personable. They walked us through everything and reached out to check in. They made recommendations and guided us throughout this whole experience.

The venue is spotless and clean. The grounds are beautiful. The layout is accommodating and spacious. The owner let us in in advance to decorate and answered all of our questions. My wife also had planned a special father-daughter dance, and Lynn allowed them to rehearse before our big day. She went out of her way many times for us. She had a lot of simple touches on hand that made the place even more beautiful, too.

Lynn was a great host and DJ. My wife prepared a detailed set list for the evening. She naturally prepares and over-plans. Lynn played from the list. She played it as we requested. If you tell her what you want, she will do it that way. With it being our day, we obviously couldn’t enjoy it in a way that guests did. We had obligations. Our photographer wanted more photos and we made our rounds. That didn’t prevent us from having fun, though. We played the shoe game, had a nice honeymoon dance set and dance of the ages, did our garter/bouquet toss and much more. The schedule was carefully planned out. We got there and were announced, went into our first dances, cut the cake, ate, took photos, did multiple dance sets, did the shoe game, etc. and still had over an hour for dancing with guests. We probably even had more than an hour and a half, but for us and any couple getting married, the day flew by.

The staff was also amazing. They were very attentive and met our needs. They made sure we were okay and took care of us.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more amicable, sweet people to host our reception. The day could not have gone better. We are humbled and absolutely grateful for all the work Stoney Point put in to make our day special.
