Zak was amazing in helping us with our Explora Journeys cruise. He is extremely responsive to questions, very consistent in keeping us informed of new information, and very knowledgeable about the cruise line. We have given his name to multiple friends and family members, and they have all had a wonderful experience using him for their travel needs. We have already booked another cruise, using Zak to help us, and will continue doing so well into the future. You can't go wrong with using Zak and Strictly Vacations. They will go above and beyond to make sure you have an incredible vacation.

I normally handle all of my own travel arrangements, so it was a nice change to work with Zak for my last trip. He was super responsive, and very knowledgeable. Explora Journeys is an excellent brand, and Zak is a great ambassador for them. ‘Rinse and repeat’ is the catchy phrase that keeps coming to mind!

I highly recommend Zak! He has been so pleasant to work with. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable, timely and helpful. He has answered all my questions quickly, secured extra credits for us on our cruise so that we can each enjoy a massage in the luxurious spa and always responds quickly to any questions I may have (even with our time
Zone difference!). I will always use Zak for any future travel planning that I need and firmly believe you can’t find another more qualified travel professional to help you plan your next oerfect trip.

I highly recommend Strictly Vacations! Steve has helped us book travel for our three generational trips with an age range of 11-80. He is a great communicator and replies to all calls, texts or emails immediately. He planned our cruise to Greece last summer and it was flawless. We had a sudden opportunity to go to Eygpt and Steve was able to book our trip in only five days. The guides Steve found exceeded our expectations with their careful planning and their extensive knowledge. It was truly a trip of a lifetime due to their guidance. He booked a guide for me in Bali with over four decades of experience who showed me more of the Island in two days than most people are able to see in a week. Steve has a great personality- very even tempered and patient- with a good sense of humor. Due to his love of travel - he finds the very best hotels and guides for his clients. In our experience Steve's attention to detail makes the difference between a vacation and a truly memorable trip of a lifetime.

Simply the Best I've Experienced - The team at Strictly Vacations is superior in every degree. They are knowledgeable, professional and genuinely care about every aspect of the cruises they have planned for our family. And what is truly amazing is that not only does such outstanding service not cost you a fortune, they are actually LESS than any other travel service I've used before. Steve Shulem is the owner and has to be one of the kindest and most experienced agents I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Every hotel, "don't miss" attraction, restaurant, tourist site he has recommended has been an A+ and become a wonderful memory for our family. There hasn't been a place in the world I've asked about where Steve hasn't visited and knows intimately. When my wife and kids sit back and reminisce, our fondest memories are those that Mr. Shulem so thoughtfully planned for us. Words simply cannot express how grateful we are for Strictly Vacations. In about 3 hours, we're leaving for Europe for a month. I have zero anxiety because Steve handled every detail. The chartered sailing yacht, the 10-day Rhine River cruise, all of our gorgeous hotels, and the significant details such as flights, transfers, etc. I'll post again upon our return.
