The service is absolutely terrible here!! They are so rude and mean and have an attitude about everything!! Then they lied and told me there would be a breakfast laid out with coffee and there was no type of food at all this morning all they had was one pot of burnt watered down coffee with the cheapest creamer and sugar there is. The phone in the room looks like it was from 1980 and the bathtub did as well. The room was not decorated at all really and it gave me crack motel vibes!! For 145 dollars a night people!! But 45 is returned as long as you dident burn any holes in the curtains. Use any plastic cups. Dirty any towels . Break or ruin the furniture. The last one is kinda understandable but still 45 bucks? And I just have a terrible feeling they are going to come in here and say something is messed up even though the place looks even better than when we arrived cause we had to clean the place up our self cause the maid did a terrible job!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I looked at the room before hand for bugs. I did not see any until I paid for the room. After 15 minutes here comes the first ROACH. BUT WHAT IT GETS BETTER

These rooms are nothing special what so ever. I get a notification on the morning I only received $15 of my deposit back. I called and the Indian lady said my room was dirty. IT WAS JUST ME FOR 8 Hours. TOTALLY A SCAM.

PLEASE IF YOI STAY HERE WATCH THE INCIDENTALS DEPOSIT THEY STEAL FROM YOU.

I’m not even worried about the little money they’re stealing from me. It’s sad they feel like they have to scam their own customers for extra money. Is the business really doing that bad? Anyways I made a simple call to my bank and sent them pictures of the room as I left it.

I absolutely love this hotel, the receptionists are always so polite and helpful and they always go out of your way to help you for pretty much anything. This is a hotel I always recommend family and friends to stay at because of there hospitality. The couple that owns it are so very kind hearted.

I wouldn't take a pet goat in this place!!!!! The staff at STUDIO 9 they are rude! my family and myself were given a two night stay there by local church organization. They put us out in the middle of the night because of a BOOKING ERROR. THEY REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE PROPERLY TO CONCLUDE THE PROBLEM. INSTEAD, THEY THREATENED CALLED ME VULGAR NAMES AND I HAD TO SLEEP OUTSIDE THAT NIGHT. I DIDN'T GET A REFUND OR A APOLOGY.

I LOVED MY STAY. Also the people of this town . The hotel was great. In fact ,the nicest woman I've ever met is often at front desk. She was so respectful and kind to me. And then there was an older gentleman. That I enjoyed a wonderful conversation with. He was extremely knowledgeable about world and American history. Very impressive guy. Whom wards off any trespassers in parking lot. Also....the hotel is a little older. But it's quiet and comfortable.beds are like feathers. And they also have great TV channels. Walking distance to a wonderful bar full of great people called bb Perkins sports bar. And did I mention every room has jet jacuzzi bath tubs. And a weekly rate for us out of town construction workers. I LOVE THIS PLACE. clean rooms and really get a good night's sleep at this professionally ran buisness.

We stayed here because we came to Rock the Block. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and kind. She let us see two rooms before we decided if we wanted to stay or not. She let us keep the room we chose between the two. The room was clean, smelled good and everything was in good, working condition. It was quiet even tho it's close to the main road. The next morning when we were ready to leave, the same sweet lady greeted us with her welcoming smile and hurried to check our room so we could have our deposit back and get going. She offered to make us more coffee before leaving. I definitely recommend staying here.

When calling about reservation, I had to call about three or four times only to be hung up on by the lady working the desk and was told that there was no availability even though it was showing online for any rooms regardless of service or amenities and she hung up on me And then I called back only to be hung up on again without even answering. I will never ever stay here and I do not recommend anyone stay here. I’ve heard nothing but bad things screw spa tub. They obviously don’t want the service anyways
