Omg! Words can’t describe how perfect my daughter’s party was. The staff was so sweet and professional. They treated every little girl like a princess and made sure my birthday girl felt extra special. They thought about everything and went out of their way to make the day perfect. My husband and I had a miscommunication on the character order and they went out of their way to have Elsa come in and spend time with the girls. She was beautiful, sung songs and read to them. The costumes were perfect, table setting magnificent and every activity spectacular! I could go on forever. Thank you Sugar Plum Parties!!

We just had my daughter’s seventh birthday party here yesterday and I have to say it was incredible. The “fairies” were so efficient without making the party feel rushed and each girl truly had a blast. Even the adults were having an amazing time! I recommend including the ice cream service if you’re on-the-fence - huge hit with the girls. Not having to plan or host the celebration was such a relief. The hardest part of the party was picking a them 🙂 Thank you again!

Hi my daughter was invited to her friend birthday party at your facility. I have to say that your host was very unprofessional, she didn’t follow any sanitation in between girls .. your staff didn’t Wash their hands and they used the same combs and brushes for every girls.
They rushed the party , they didn’t polished the nails professionally, they just painted with one stroke and utilized tons of glitter, even the girls didn’t wanted it.
I asked your host a question about what kind of mask they are using on the girls , since my daughter has acne and she didn’t want to respond any question . I feel bad for my friend because she spent a lots of money to have a party at your business and she didn’t have the service she deserved. I’ll never recommend your place for any parties , specially with the poor sanitation , and didn’t follow any covid protocol as well.. I didn’t see any hand sanitizer around your place . They girls ate cupcake and cake with glitter on theirs hands .
Adults didn’t have clean glasses to drink a glass of water it was a hot afternoon without air conditioning.
