I attended a great meeting sponsored by Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission. The round table discussion was covering topics and plans for Suitland Road, Silver Hill Road and areas closest to the Census Bureau. A lot of good information and a good Q&A session.

Fantastic place for kids to have their recreational fun. There are many great activities that's offered there more so than other rec centers. They have fantastic dance coaches, drum lines, and much more. They also have a lot of great teen activities. There is some loitering from teens but staff makes sure that there isn't much of it and park police frequent the area. I would definitely recommend coming here for all ages. So much to do and always priced great. They also do a lot of fun community activities which are free.

I visited the Suitland Community Center to exercise my right to vote with early voting. Upon entering the building, the staff at the welcome desk greeted me with a great smile. The friendly staff directed us accodingly. After voting, I observed the Community Centers wonderful staff enteracting with the children. It was a great site to see the children taking the advantage of learning sports, arts and crafts.

I was there to see The Rise Band and Show earlier this year. Very beautiful and clean facilty with great staff. Great amount of parking. Excellent place for a party, wedding or gathering.
