If you’re looking for a lady who gets things done, Aruna is the one. She was an amazing month of coordinator who provided a very detailed day of timeline, ensured my vendors knew when to be where, facilitated communication when there were last minute questions about vendor expectations, and genuinely brought such good energy. She made sure my large wedding party was in the right place at the right time and provided respectful recommendations to help things go smoother. All of my other vendors loved her. She was truly so personable. My day went perfectly and I’m sure it had a lot to do with her handling things behind the scenes! Highly recommend working with her!

Aruna was phenomenal! Took me awhile to choose a wedding planner. But I’m so so happy I chose Aruna. She helped me every step of the way, answering my questions at midnight and giving me advice and the best options. She was kind and understanding but assertive and quick to handle any problems that arose. She handled all the decorations and set up/take down. Planning a wedding is a lot of work, if I didn’t have her for day off, I have no idea how our wedding would have happened. Best decision I made for the wedding. Get a Day Of Coordinator (at the very least). Hire Aruna, you will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend hiring Aruna as your wedding planner! Initially I was on the fence with hiring a planner in general because of the cost but in the long run it’s totally worth it. Aruna won’t break the bank, you can actually enjoy your big day, AND she can handle any issues/situations that may arise- like planning a wedding within 24 hours. The day before our wedding, which was to be held at Chris Park, the 416 fire started and our plans were up in smoke. Aruna was quick to take action and started a search for a venue that would hold our large guest list- she went above and beyond- and thanks to Aruna, on our wedding day we walked into a beautifully decorated reception. All I did was share with her a few of my ideas and she created a a memorable and perfect scene.

Aruna was amazing! She made our wedding day go smoothly and handled everything so well, I didn’t have to worry about anything! She acted quickly and handled a floral situation with ease!
