First time we have traveled since my husband was badly injured earlier this year and we were both a little nervous. When the driver dropped us off at Sky Harbor my hubby noticed his sunglasses were missing. What a start to a trip! Within 10 minutes the driver turned around and made her way back to our dropoff and we found the MIA glasses. Thx u Sun City Express. You do not disappoint.

My driver, Ron picked me up right on time got me to where I wanted to go. I had a pleasure Ron picking me up for my departure right on time. Got to the airport and plenty of time. Will definitely be using this service again thank you all very much.

I had a very negative interaction w Sun City Express when I used them in April 2024 -

I had prepaid and had a confirmation number and even had paid extra for the late evening pickup - When I arrived at the airport just before midnight I called the number they gave me and they had even sent a text message to call them just 5 minutes prior to my plane landing . However when I called the number the man that answered said he showed no reservation for me and that they didn’t have a driver and that I should just call Uber - obviously I was upset and tired - and very disappointed !

I called the office the next morning and the woman said she did show I had the correct appointment and reservation and that she would look into it and call me back after listening to the recording - I never received a call back from the office -and to make it worse when either my mom or I call now to make another reservation ( 3 times now ) they say they are full !! This has never been an issue before and we have used this service for 20 years

- My confirmation number was 227731 and the pickup time was April 17th , 2024 at 12:00 am ( in a prev review I incorrectly mentioned the service date as Feb 2024 - there wasn’t an issue with that date )

I am very disappointed in this treatment and should just do what the business itself recommended to me that evening - to call Uber

I made my reservation and was immediately charged for the trips from and to the airport. The cost was $104 when Uber would have charged $74 for the same two trips. The vehicle was in good condition with clean windows and cramped seats – the seat we were in had less room than an economy seat on the aircraft.

When the aircraft touched down I received a text from Sun City Express immediately telling me when and what number to call. I called after getting my luggage and then waited 20 minutes for the driver. The driver then took 20 minutes to load four passengers, register new addresses that he didn’t have on his manifest, only to realize that the address he didn’t have was because the passenger didn’t belong in our vehicle. What a waste of time. Meanwhile, all people who took Uber and Lyft had already left 30 minutes ago. I felt like a fool because I had already paid for the travel.

The driver for the return trip arrived a bit early, loaded us in the vehicle and departed right on time. Unfortunately, she took a route that included a 25-minute delay at a railroad crossing. What was a low-stress early trip turned into a rushed trip through the airlines and TSA.

Overall, using Sun City Express may be a good idea if you are afraid to use Uber or Lyft.

Thank you for the response. I received a group ride from SCE on what would have been an UberXL vehicle. I compared it to the normal private Uber rate, which is what I needed, hence the correct comparison in last line of my review.

We used Sun City Express for the first time to and from the airport for quick vacation. Wonderful! Kind drivers and perfectly on time! Took all the worry out of the equation. Highly recommend and we will definitely be using them again♥️

Used this shuttle service to get to Sky Harbor Airport. Great diver, very friendly, on time, and we felt very safe. The vehicle (van) was well kept, clean, and easy to get in and out of.
I would totally recommend them.
