I hired Cowboy/Sundance Events to provide a tent for a grand opening, and it ended up being a disaster. The tent was supposed to be up by 9:00 AM when we had a rush of people coming in for the first time, but the tent was dirty and on the ground out front because they needed to find a part. With over 100 people standing out front before the doors opened, it was terribly embarrassing.

Also, we were not able to get anyone on the phone despite five different people trying to get an update and calling the numbers we were provided. We didn’t know if we could move the tent ourselves since it was blocking our entrance for pictures or if doing so would cause a problem.

I had to call twice today to try to speak to someone about this. My concerns were not addressed, and obviously not important. I was refunded $25 on the tent and refunded the early morning setup fee. That doesn’t even begin to cover the stress, embarrassment, and disruption they caused.

This is an unreliable company, and they completely dropped the ball on one of the most important days for my business. I understand hiccups happen, but their attitude and lack of communication were unacceptable. Someone should have called me yesterday to discuss, instead of me calling twice today to try to speak with someone about it.

Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. If you have an event you've poured your heart and soul into, do not trust this company to make it a success.
