This was a surprise gift for my boyfriends birthday. He was scared of heights, however it was a total success. I was not prepared for how hot it gets from the fire. But we had champagne and water in the air. The adventure was lovely from start to finish.The host were very kind and gracious. The pilot was very knowledgeable and kind. They took fantastic photos. I highly recommend and will gladly go again.

Disappointed that they cancelled the morning of, and while I understand that it was due to safety concerns, other folks in the crowd expressed that this was now their 2nd or 3rd time rescheduling. The company doesn’t offer refunds only reschedules but that is extremely inconsiderate of the fact that people come from out of town so they aren’t only paying for the tour but hotels and gas as well, which becomes expensive if you have to continue rescheduling. Additionally, my tour was in October and would not refund me even due to weather conditions. It genuinely feels like an entrapment to offer tours during cold weather seasons knowing there’s a higher likelihood of bad weather that may lead to cancellations. I will be reaching out to my bank and report for fraud because you’re paying for a service that you don’t get without the option to refund or consideration of their customer’s expenses or acknowledging that weather becomes harsher and still offer tours. Was really looking forward to this experience for my friend’s birthday.

It was my boyfriend & I’s first wine tour and it was really fun to have a glimpse of what wine country consists of. I felt as though we had enough time at each winery to really enjoy each of them, it was also really cool to see the production site at Somerset too! Shoutout Staci for being a great host & photographer, she got allll the angles!

Fabulous guide and driver! Stacey and Megan saw to our every need! Great hospitality and selection of wineries. The interior upholstery of the van shows wear and tear but the time spent in the limo was minimal. Fun, fun time!!

Both the pilot and the staff were absolutely amazing. Great people who do their jobs so well and they were super entertaining too! Everything ran perfectly on time and there wasn’t a single issue. They took some fantastic photos and really treated us like individuals.

We had a great experience with this company! I bought it in November 2022, but due to the weather it was cancelled! So we booked for this week, and we had a great experience, both for rebooking and for riding the balloon. People were very kind and helpful! It is a company you can trust. There was a slight delay because of them for us to leave the place.
