Highly recommend! Captain Tim was very personable and ensured everyone stayed safe. Great views of Santa Barbara with some wildlife to boot! Would absolutely do this again next time I am in the area!

We had a WONDERFUL experience on the Sunset Kidd cruise. We really appreciated the small group - a total of 6 of us, and the "deck hands" was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable and willing to share what he knew with us. Not a big touristy experience - more like a very intimate friendly experience. I'd do this again and recommend it to all my friends.

It was a pure pleasure being out on the water on this whale watching cruise! Beautiful day, beautiful boat and a great crew all made it special! We did see a whale breach and a couple of blowhole’s, but not much else in the whale category. But we did have a great view of the sea lions, harbor seals and lots of shorebirds. Very nice!

We booked the sunset cruise for a girls' trip, and it was magical. This was one of the best experiences we had the whole trip. The crew was outstanding, super helpful, and extremely knowledgable. It was everything w imagined and more.

Our booking was cancelled the day off just a few hours before because the captain “called out.” Planned the trip to Santa Barbara just for this and we were all looking forward to go sailing with our pups. I was worried that it would be cancelled as I read some previous reviews about the company canceling because it didn’t financially make sense for them. I would say that the price per adult is very reasonable and there was no charge for dogs. We would have been okay with paying more. So, for the fair price per person, go ahead and book with them, but just have a backup plan if they cancel on you.

Terrible! Advertised as a whale watching cruise, we never got more than 200 yards off shore despite 5 minutes in hearing on the CB that a whale had been spotted in the channel. The captain was rude and condescending. Worst experience on a boat ever.

The crew were amazing! They knew what they were doing and they took us to the right spot to release our dad's ashes. We'll definitely going to go back and take another sailing adventure soon.

If you want a low-key experience this is the way to go - felt like a private charter. The team was excellent and we spend time just under sail, no motor, which was lovely.
