I cannot recommend the Sunset Room enough! Our coordinator Jill made sure our day was easy and amazing! They were so easy to plan with, you can't beat the price, and everything was beautiful and unforgettable! I can't wait to upload more photos later from our photographer. They offer so many decoration options, delicious food packages, bar options and more. It was the perfect day and we heard only raving reviews from our guests as well. There were a few things that didn't go as expected but Jill was creative and quick thinking to ensure they didn't mess up the day. Definitely book your wedding with them! They will make your day perfect so you can enjoy it.

We had our daughters wedding her on 08/11/2024 and we couldn’t have any better service from any one else! This place is so thoughtful and caring! The are with you from the first day you meet to sign the contract and book your date to the evening after the wedding and helping with everything in between! This is such a stressful time but Jill and her team made this so much less stressful! We love you all! You are all rockstars!!!

My husband and I got married here this June and we, and our guests, cannot say enough good things about the Sunset Room!! First of all, it was so convenient being able to have the ceremony and the reception in the same place because it made the whole picture taking process so much easier. Guests could just walk right up from the vista area to the inside reception area. The venue took care of all the big and the small things like setting up, taking down, packing things up, texting us reminders, working on timeline, communicating with vendors, and providing things we were glad we didn't have to purchase (cake cutter, card holder, centerpieces, etc). I am in dental school and my husband is a teacher and we didn't have much free time to plan a DIY wedding. The Sunset Room made wedding planning a BREEZE with all the things they coordinate. The package options were easy to pick from, and everyone who works here is fantastic and super friendly, no matter how many questions you text them! (that's another thing - being able to text them made communicating super convenient) the only things we really had to plan ourselves were getting a photographer, the DJ, and the cake (We recommend Soundwaves Event Group and Barton's Bake shop as both vendors are familiar with Sunset Room and already know how everything works, plus both are just great businesses). We picked Carriage Inn as our caterer and all we had to do was show up to taste food and the Sunset Room handled the rest. So many people complimented the venue saying it's the best wedding they've been to. The sun set around 8:30 which made for the prettiest pictures. The large flower wall in the reception room is so beautiful. If you are looking for an event venue just contact them 🙂

Had my sister in laws baby shower here and it was Perfect! Jill was our coordinator and did a great job, Talyn was amazing answering all of our calls and emails! Ashley and Alayna helped set it up And made it beautiful! Those girls are wonderful and made everything go smooth! Highly recommend. Stratwood catering made amazing food and had good friendly staff!

When my wife told me we were going to a wedding in Elizabeth, PA. An outdoor ceremony and reception in one place, I could not imagine where it could be. I pictured in my mind a Fire Hall with an outside garden as Elizabeth, PA did not strike me as a place for a 5 Star venue.
Much to my surprise as we arrived at the top of the road, there it was..
A secluded scenic view of beautiful landscaped rolling hills with a fenced-in outdoor chapel. A horse-drawn carriage was sitting nearby. The inside was just as impressive as the outside. They even had an outdoor balcony that overlooked the outdoor chapel.
It was a beautiful fall day with a gorgeous sunset.
The food was excellent and the staff was very professional and attentive.
This was one of the most memorable and nicest weddings I ever attended.

I was a wedding guest attendee at Sunset Room at the Vista and this venue was absolutely stunning! The sunset view was breathtaking as the bride! Gorgeous chandelier warm lightning made for a very romantic ambiance. Adequate parking and staff were respectful and welcoming!
