Positive: Absolutely nothing. Negative: It was not as advertised on your website, it was dirty, the staff was rude. We left after being there for 2.5 hours and without ANY refund for the 2 nights I paid in advance, even after your company said I would get at least a one night refund.

I booked a room online and when we checked in, we had to pay an additional $50 deposit. Didn't know this in advance. Also, had requested a handicapped room with a bench shower seat. No bench shower seat in room. Very disappointed in room. Will not recommend Super 8 El Dorado to anyone.

This was a pretty wonderful hotel, with a decent breakfast selection, very awesome staff, and wonderful stuff that were very helpful and accommodating! They were also wonderful in the aspect of trying to get me the very best price value they could!

This place is disgusting!! The entire place smells like weed, when I checked out I mentioned it to the lady and she literally laughed about it. So I started to wonder if maybe the employee was the one smoking it cause the whole place was smoked out? The bathroom floors & tub were filthy.. hairs all in tub & could tell the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. Each bed had two pillows that looked like they had seen better days & needed to be thrown away. The lady that was there when I checked in was really nice and friendly, thats about the only good thing I can say about the place.

Overall, a descent stay for the price. I found the location to be a short drive to my jobsite. Dining in the area doesn't have much to offer. The room was accommodating with a king size bed that was comfortable. I also had a functioning jacuzzi tub, which was awesome to have. There was plenty of parking available, night and day. I didn't see any suspect individuals walking around the property.

Location, great. Right off the highway.

Service, fairly good until the end.

Room, this is where it all goes to hell.

When you walk in, you get a slight odor that you would expect from second lowest price in town. The hallways are not vacuumed, again something you’d expect from the second lowest price in town. The rooms, fairly clean. Nothing that really says otherwise. The beds, not terrible. Fairly comfortable. Until, I woke up to something crawling on me. Woke up, grabbed my phone flashlight, and lone behold, a damn bed bug!!! Flew up out of the bed, packed my bags, and left. When I left, I told the front desk the room has bugs and she says, oh I’m sorry and wrote down the room number with the note ‘bugs’. That was it lol. No attempt to correct it (I mean, unless there is a refund, nothing was correcting this).

Anyway, I’d find another place to crash.

It was nice room was good bed was good over all the room was good just slept and went to work so it was as expected. Over all stay was good outside a little trashy but an ok place to stay.
