My daughter and I stayed at your Super-lodge just past midnight on 11/22 . I was trying to get back home to NC from NY after picking up my daughter from a horrible situation and it was incredibly late and so we reserved a room at your establishment. Room 354 was the room we were given. When we entered the room the TV was on, the lights were on in there and the toilet was running as if someone had just been in the room. There were dead smashed flies still stuck to the wall in the bathroom. The furniture appeared to have puke and other unmentionable substances caked on the legs and surfaces. The floor had NOT been vacuumed and there were burn marks all over the tub and the floor of the bathroom. The curtain barely was attached over the window and had what appeared to be tape in various spots along the curtain as if someone tried to tape it closed and you guys just left the tape on it. There was a giant hole in the wall behind the door that obviously needs to be patched up. The walls had crusty stuff and dead bugs smashed and left stuck to the walls. I was surprised there were no bed bugs under the bed. Although under the mattress was absolutely disgusting with crumbs and dirt and god knows what all else. I felt disgusted being in that room. I had no choice but to try to get a few hours of sleep though before we had to get back on the road. I cannot believe you would charge $60 for a room like that. It was the MOST uncomfortable hotel room experience I have ever had. I truly hope all your rooms are not that disgusting. Please advise of the owners information so that I may inform them of this situation, I’m sure they would like to know what is happening in their hotel rooms.

We have stayed here for years and they call us the "boat people", as we deliver boats all over the US. Obviously the hotel's management, for the worst! We called for a reservation, they said yes, we asked for a room near the front so we can keep an eye on a brand new boat. We arrived around 8:30 p.m. then we were told that there was only one smoking room left near the front but the TV didn't work. They wanted to put us around in back where we couldn't see the boat, that was unacceptable. I asked him if they could take the TV out of another room and put it in that one, he said No. Very, very, very, very, very disappointed!!! Like I said it's not the Taj mahal, but we have stayed here for years and this is the way New Management treats repeat customers? If they would have taken our telephone number, they would have saw how many times we have stayed here. There was only a handful of cars in front of the rooms, he told us the rest were booked We didn't believe a word he said!! Needless to say, we will never frequent that hotel again! Way to go, front desk person!!! If I could give it zero Stars right now I would!!

The rate and the price wasn’t bad Due to customer service wasn’t so professional. Pretty creepy when a 68 year-old Indian guy come knocking on the door, talking about checkout time not very professional .

DONT EVEN COME HERE EVEN WITH YOUR LAST FEW DOLLARS we booked a room for a double so after we checked in we didn’t even go look at the room first we went to go get food and when we did get back and went into the room we went in and walked right out the beds were dirty the walls were CRAZY it smelt like piss and cigarettes so after we seen our first room we went to the front desk and asked for another which was a huge mistake so they gave us another room and we go into that one it was slightly better than the first one it still looked and smelled a mess so we were in the new room for like 15 minutes and I seen a roach so we were like f it cause we had been to the front desk a couple of times and we didn’t want to seem like bougie complainers so after I seen the first roach I seen two baby roaches and after that we had it we got all of our stuff and left and went to the front desk and asked for our money back and they told us they couldn’t give us all our money back because we ate in the room. SO DONT EVER COME HERE UNLESS UOUR LIVING ON THE STREETS WITH NO CAR.

My first time here I was walking to my room and I got robbed before I even got in my room. Someone’s threaten me and took $40 from me
There’s a lot of drug addicts around here. It’s a pretty scary place and I actually got arrested there and got banned and I wasn’t even the one some some person that I did not know beat yourself or got beat up real bad somehow and blamed it on me because I wouldn’t give I guess their friend more money and he kept knocking on my door for more money so I was looked like I beat up somebody and they believe the other person over me and my ex my first true love died at this motel over Doost on fentanyl and heroin drugs are so easy to come around at this motel. They’re easy to find they’re easy to get and so sad that our police officer has to patrol this motel all the time because how bad it is it’s the worst Motel that I’ve ever been at in Delaware i’m grateful that I’m banned from the property and I’m not allowed to go there even if I wasn’t. I wouldn’t go back there if my life depended on it. It’s the worst place that I’ve ever stayed at and it has really bad bedbugs. I even saw roaches, but this place is really bedbugs and you’ll bring them right with you wherever you go

The rooms at this location are better than most however, front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. They are rude and unpleasant. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and accommodating, however, but you cannot go from your room to the bus stop, which is very close without having somebody ask you if you need drugs, which is the most biggest downfall of this hotel

I truly heated to give bad or negative about places. But this place needs to do better. A few things need to be corrected. I walked to the desk to get a room and he asked me about my card for payment cause I don't have cash with me. And I gave him. He said your pin number. First of all I don't feel comfortable handing my card to you secondly my pin. that's wrong..... Then I get in the room I can't believe this is one I paid for. Even for free to be in that room I'll never take it. I came back to the desk to ask for new pillows and blankets. He said he doesn't have any, only maintenance guys have them. I asked to change the room and what he gave me is the picture you can see here. I don't know which dumpster did you guys pick up this bed but it's totally wrong to charge people for this type of room. Please you can do better. Yes you can. I'd love to give you 5 stars ⭐ but hopefully next time. If I come...!
