The vinyl laminate flooring is literally crumbling. This is a huge trip hazard, not to mention a very high risk of injury. This is well beyond normal wear and tear. The flooring has failed, completely. How do they vacuum or mop it? I don't see how they could. This damage doesn't happen overnight, so how long has it been since these floors were cleaned? Or they got the cheapest non-waterproof flooring, installed it poorly, and then repeatedly wet mopped it, causing it to degrade and fail. But again, this is long term neglect. What more expensive? Replacing it with better stuff and taking care of it properly, or having a lawsuit on your hands when someone trips and falls on it? This is all just unfathomable.

I've stayed in some pretty crummy dives, but this is probably the single most neglected room I've ever seen.

This place has a musty smell, my room had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, mold growing on the window a shower that just didn't drain properly. Forget trying to find the front desk person, they are never at the front desk. breakfast wasn't terrible but I've had better at other hotels.

Judging for UKC, stayed 4 nights . Well appointed, large clean rooms. Excellent breakfast options & coffee available 24/7! Friendly staff and convenient restaurants. My only want at this location would have been better water pressure & flow in rhe shower, very stingy flow restrictor in shower head.

Quite enjoyed my 7 day stay here. Far from perfect: pet friendly + carpeting don’t mix very well, but breakfast room was bright & well stocked. Lobby and hallways were clean & bright. Staff is very helpful & friendly. About 45 minutes from Carlisle and 20 minutes from Hershey on I-81.

This hotel offered a clean room, great breakfast bar, and very courteous staff. We had been traveling on the road for a week or so and wanted a more budget friendly option. This hotel was very affordable and clean. There are not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity but we expected that being directly off of I-81 north of Hershey, PA. However, there was a nice pizza shop down the street from the hotel that made a great pizza. If you want a budget friendly hotel that is clean and offers a great breakfast this is the place. We will be returning next time we travel through this area.

It turns a five-star rating for what it is. My room was pretty clean though in a slight state of disrepair - a bedside light not working and the shower head coming out of the wall for example. The mattress was bit too soft for my personal taste but it was good quality and I slept very well, and the shower was hot with good pressure. The property was very quiet when I arrived 2am Wednesday morning and stayed that way until I left at 12. I checked on the pool and it was in good shape with clear water, just a couple of leaves floating in it on a windy day. Room was $75 with tax through a 3rd party found on Google maps. I would definitely stay again.

My wife and I were looking for a more budget friendly hotel after traveling on the road for over a week. This hotel is a great value for the dollar. Our room was clean, the breakfast bar was fantastic, and the staff at check in and check out were very courteous. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. They also offer coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby. Although there are not many dining options at this location, we found a great pizza shop one minute down the road. This hotel is just minutes north of where Routes I-81 and I-78 converge above Hershey, PA and down the street from Fort Indiantown Gap military facility. We will stay here again next time we are traveling through.

We appreciated these things during our stay: Quiet hotel, quiet location, clean room, new furniture, solid comfortable beds, and full breakfast with wide variety of choices. This hotel had them. Just right for our one-night stay. We got lucky having no noisy neighbors too!
