I have been on many wine tours and nothing compares. There were five women on our tour celebrating birthdays on a girls trip. Scott was not only knowledgeable, but incredibly fun and friendly; always accommodating our specific requests. He took us to the most gorgeous, private, and exclusive organic vineyards in the area. These wines were not only incredibly delicious but we got to meet the vineyard owners and wine makers. We so enjoyed getting to know them! These wine makers explained to us how they made their wine, shared with us their family story, and even let us enjoy their beautiful home and pets. We even got pictures with the adorable horses on the farm.

Our guide Scott took incredible pictures of our group at every location, then shared with us later. The transportation was luxurious and comfortable. He kept us well fed with snacks,
hydrated, and never ceased to amaze us with his level of attention. We will definitely be booking another tour with Scott in the near future and couldn’t have imagined doing this trip without him. 10/10 recommend!

Scott and Sustainable Wine Tours was absolutely AMAZING!! We received the full treatment, from a private sprinter to being able to sit with each winemaker and hear about their stories. I could not recommend this tour enough! We went to a variety of different wineries, we from sitting in the wine makers living room to beautiful estates, it was a one of a kind experience!! My boyfriend collaborate with Scott to create this incredible personalised wine tour while my family from Italy was visiting. We visited three different wineries, getting to taste great wine and get to personally know wine producers. It was an amazing day, Scott made sure everything was running smoothly, keeping us hydrated between tasting, fathering amazing lunch and made sure we were not time for the whole day schedule. Just finished our wine tour with Scott. Visited three different wineries. An amazing experience. Very personal and got to taste some unique wines. Fun to get to know some of our local wineries for sure. We loved the experience and definitely recommend.

Five stars aren’t enough! This was a milestone birthday trip with a group of ladies, and our private wine tour with Scott from Sustainable Wine Tours was truly the highlight. From the moment he picked us up in his luxurious Mercedes van—with chilled champagne waiting—we felt so taken care of. Scott curated the day around our group’s preferences, even adjusting the entire itinerary before to avoid a rainstorm (and we didn’t get wet once!). Every winery was a hidden gem—small, exclusive spots and wine you won’t find elsewhere. He brought us a delicious lunch at the first stop, charcuterie for another, and made time for an impromptu stop at a filming location from the movie Sideways after we mentioned it in passing. That’s just how in-tune he was with our group—meticulously planned but with room for fun surprises. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable (he’s a sommelier) and has a passion for SB wine country that was amazing! We wrapped the day with a scenic photo op by the ocean. Every detail was perfect. I wouldn’t do Santa Barbara wine country any other way!
