This year I turned 60 years old and celebrated in Jamaica with Suzy Dee Travel. Suzy treated me with dignity and respect and TLC. Her spirit was true and genuine from start to finish. Suzy added a bonus to my experience by providing services to have someone waiting with my name on a sign when I arrived to Jamaica. Ive always wanted someone to greet me like that and Suzy made it happen.

Suzanne is amazing! She planned our honeymoon for us and everything was magical. She even gave us added perks, including a fast pass at the airport and a dinner at our resort on her! On March 23, 2023 i called this travel agency to inquire about an international flight. I was transferred to a representative, possibly owner of the agency. She first answered rudely and unfriendly. After informing what I was looking for, before I could conclude she stated in an even more unfriendly and dismissive manner, 'I don't do that, I only book entire packages.' As i was about to thank her for her time I was hearing the dial tone. Worst experience.
