Do not come here for any repairs. They don't have qualified technicians for anything major. Flat tire, maybe, but I wouldn't even trust that. Got here at 9 am. to get a call at 12 pm. saying the tech is going home at 2 pm, and I'd have to wait till the morning. Go in at 8 a.m., and my paperwork wasn't even on the board, and tech won't be in till 9 am. It's 1130, and there is no call. No one in the shop is doing any work. Just close it down TA, paying incompetent people to just sit around doing nothing but getting paid. Truck bay empty for no reason when trucks need service.

Technician ML asked for $20 cash to fix the job he didn't do right the first time.

I had a hub cap replaced. From six feet away, it looked new, shiny and clean, so I thanked them and drove off. At the fuel island, I noticed the glass on the newly mounted hub cap was cracked. I went back, but the tech refused to replace it, arguing even though I hadn't left the parking.

After back-and-forth arguments, he directly asked for cash to make it right. This happened at the front desk around 10 PM on Sunday 2/16 while two TA employees were present. (I hope there's a voice recording.)

I had no choice but to pay him.
Afterward, he offered to sell me a Matco 3/8 battery-powered impact driver with a full setup—worth $600—for $100 cash. I refused, but it confirmed I was dealing with someone of questionable integrity.

I’m reporting this behavior everywhere I can, as this is absolutely unacceptable!

I called them Monday morning with a coolant leak that I’d had since last week. I was told they could get me in about 4 pm. When I checked in later it was same time frame. This facility has several free reserve spots for shop trucks which is amazing. They called me in earlier than 4. They replaced my radiator and it ended up being about $1200 cheaper than I was quoted at Freightliner. My mechanic, Justin, I really can’t say enough. He went far beyond what was expected. He stayed until the job was finished. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work. He even sprayed my engine compartment down to clean it up because he thought I would appreciate it, which I did. I will definitely stop again when I am in this area. Thank you Justin.

This is a wonderful truck stop. Great restaurants inside. They have two driver lounges. The showers were clean, roomy and hot just like I like it. The cashiers were very nice and helpful and I also got to meet the owner of the kitchen. She was really nice. Thank y’all for the hospitality. Definitely adding this one to the favorites!

This shop is a joke, I came in asking them to look at 1 tire, making sure they had the tires I wanted just in case my tire couldn't be repaired. They told me it would be a couple hours because they had 3 people in front of me and they had just brought all 3 into the shop, I was supposed to be the next truck pulled in. 4 trucks were brought in that checked in after I did, I could understand if they were getting something else done, but they all got tires done. They finally pull me in and make me wait for an hour claiming they were waiting for my company to respond (NOTHING WAS SENT TO MY COMPANY FOR APPROVAL) next thing I know they're bringing out 2 new tires with out pulling my tire off because "we thought since you were asking if we had the tires, that you just wanted us to do 2 new ones."

For truck care, you know they are great. These guys always have big truck lots. Always a place to park your semi. Great showers and food. Nice job, fellas.

Awesome service great food super clean inside and out. The awesome manager was very helpful and informative I would highly recommend this location as a must stop. It has a great cafe and Charleys Philly's plenty of parking.
