Beautiful home! Very well equipped kitchen, it has everything you need and more. The bedrooms are great, with most having their own bathrooms. Bedding is so nice and the beds are pretty comfortable. The loft is an added bonus for hanging out. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to spend some quality time with their family. If you rent through Tahoe Getaways you'll get the best service. They are prompt, professional, and made check-in and check out very easy! SK

I recently stayed at Tahoe Getaways in Truckee for my birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet still peaceful—and the rental itself was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Our rental at 529 Beaver in Kings Beach was a winner. Beautiful home, well appointed, and a great view of the lake. Tahoe Getaways made everything wonderful from start to finish. Two thumbs way, way up!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ember Ridge. Easy drive to Northstar for boarding, beds in the main house comfortable, queen bed in room above the garage not comfortable and was squeaky. Large living room; plenty of room for our entire family. We appreciated having the hot tub; great for post mountain play. Shortcoming - not enough toilet paper, no detergent to start wash cycle before we departed, 1 roll of paper, bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash almost empty, trash for outdoor disposal was almost full when we arrived
(that may have been due to holiday schedule for trash pick up may have been off).

Had we known we needed to bring more tp, paper towels, and laundry detergent we would have brought it with us.

Overall a GREAT time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rustling Grove Cabin! The cabin had a great layout with a large living area that was perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked which is unusual for a Tahoe rental and was great for all the cooking we did. The location is fabulous: walking distance to Safeway and restaurants in Tahoe City and only 15 minutes to the Palisades parking lot! Hard to beat this place!!

I recently stayed at an incredible cabin in Lake Tahoe, and it was the perfect getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the serene beauty of the lake. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, offering all the modern amenities while retaining its rustic charm.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the spacious living area with a fireplace was ideal for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventures. The beds were extremely comfortable, and waking up to the crisp mountain air was a dream.

The location was fantastic—just a short drive to the lake and ski resorts, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and provided great recommendations for dining and activities in the area.

Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, or simply to relax, this cabin is a perfect choice. I can’t wait to return for another stay! Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend booking with Tahoe Getaways! We rented a property for my birthday trip and had the most amazing, relaxing and gorgeous time. There was an unexpected issue with the property we originally booked, something totally out of their control. They handled it with so much care and were so helpful. Gorgeous property, amazing location and just an overall fantastic experience. We will definitely be booking with them again!

We had the BEST time in Tahoe this past week, and really enjoyed our place that we booked with Tahoe Getaways! I highly recommend using this company rather someone else. The communication throughout the process was a seamless process. The people who work for the company were very helpful when I was trying to book a place that was close to friends. Both the girl and guy I spoke with, were very helpful throughout the process! I really enjoyed the follow up and follow through with the communication.
House we rented was exactly as described in the pictures, it was clean and very nice!
We will definitely be booking Tahoe Getaways and working with SPK again!
