Kristin cleaned my VRBO property and it was a disaster! Luckily I visited the house before my renters came in. The front door was left unlocked. Some wastebaskets in the bedrooms were not emptied. There was a red wine ring and sticky stain on the bar top. Desktop counter was dirty when I ran my finger across it. Don't think they vacuumed. No bottom sheet on one of the beds, The kitchen floor was dirty and when I mopped it the mop bucket was disgustingly dirty. The Kleenex boxes were not refilled. They don't even know how to make beds with "hospital corners", a standard in hotels and something my mother taught me to do when I was 10! They threw the wood window security jams out- I found them in the bedroom waste basket they did not empty, The heat was left on . Two curtains had been pulled off the track and were hanging at an angle. They used the wrong size sheets on the beds- King on Queen and double blankets on king bed. Extra pillows on floor in closet instead of on shelf- My grandchildren could have cleaned the house better. I don't even think they deserve one star!!!!! By the way I took pictures of all these issues! The only other review was done by the owner herself and she gave herself 5 stars- WHAT?
