Had a great experience with the techs at Take 5. They were all friendly and professional, and worked quickly to complete my service. They checked my filters and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Will definitely return for my next oil change.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!

I have a X3 BMW i just had bought back in October went to get an oil change that NEVER GOT DONE! had Employees distract me to talk while the guys were acting like they were changing the oil to my car that NEVER GOT DONE! I was charged $123 for a service that was never done!

I just took my car to my mechanic because my car has been shaking ever since.

My mechanic had called me and said he is going to take pictures and show me that my car oil is so black that it has not been changed in over 10k miles.

I had called Take 5 oil and told them about what happened and how they have never changed my oil and lied to me. The manager Kensie did not call me in 2 days after I told her what had happened to get my money back and resolve this matter. She told me she can't give me my money back after a service that has been done when I am trying to explain to her my service was NEVER done. Clearly I have pictures to prove it.

Please everyone stay away from this place they hire people off the street that have never been a mechanic and don't know what the hell they are doing and take a rob peoples money. I will also be reporting them to the BBB!

It took way longer than it should've, they seemed to be completely unprepared, even offering amenities that they didn't even have (Bottled water in this instance). Not to mention that shortly after leaving, my vehicle started idling rough and shutting off. I've been to a few different Take 5, this location was my worst experience by far.

On December 23, 2024, I was there in the morning, they made me go over the bridge and then I was ignored for more than 20 minutes. The owners could see their recordings of a planned 4runner. I do not recommend this place for anything in the world.

I'm not one to give bad reviews. Check the other ones I've left if you want. Came in for an oil change today. Pulled up and was greeted right away, told him what I needed and then I sat in the lot for 15 minutes. Only one car in the bay ahead of me so I was patient. He then opens bay 3 and pulls me in. Were I sat for another 15 minutes without anyone coming over. Looked like they had plenty of guys working. They all seemed to be having a good time shooting the breeze, dipping and joking around. No professionalism. Finally had enough and left. Terrible way to do business.

I recently had an oil change at Take 5, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! Kenzie and Sarah provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. Their professionalism really stood out, and it's clear they both know their stuff. Take 5 is lucky to have such an amazing team! I'll definitely be returning for all my future oil changes. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with my experience at Take 5. They were very professional and informative. The manager was very knowledgeable and organized. She even made me aware of a filter I didn’t even know I had that needed to be changed. I was in and out and back to work in no time. Satisfied Customer!
