After weeks of trying to find a great rate with great coverage, I reached out to Loretta and her agency. She was quick to find me coverage that I was happy with and suited my needs. Great customer service skills. I would definitely recommend Loretta, and her State Farm agency as a first choice if you’re shopping for a new auto and/or home policy.

I’ve been a customer of Staye Farm since 2002 when I bought my home. I quickly added car insurance to my package, and was pleased with the discount they added for it! As time went on I added a camp trailer to my State Farm insurance and was VERY pleased with the prompt service that covered my entire loss when a strong storm ripped off its awning and support bars. When I purchased another car I had no hesitation about going with State Farm again, and I’ve since insured cars I’ve purchased for my grandchildren with this same company. Besides the camper awning I’ve only had a minor vehicle damage claim and it was addressed just as promptly and thoroughly. All the agents I’ve dealt with at State Farm have been friendly, polite , and knowledgeable! I can’t recommend this company highly enough!

I've been pleased to do business with State Farm for years now for many reasons -- most importantly, their online systems and autopay work properly, and there are always real people responsible for your account who are just a phone call away. Moving into Connecticut, Dave in Wallingford was persistent for months in his proactive support for my complicated case, offered important advice along the way, and followed through getting me a great deal on my auto insurance. I would highly recommend this agency and State Farm generally to anyone who's tired of the poor state of the industry.

Completely dishonest agents engaging in fraudulent activities, Avoid this agent at all cost. they put wrong dates on starting and cancelling policy to get extra fees and charges. Worst part is when you call them they say they cant do anything or change date you end up paying extra. Stay away from them. they should get negative stars.

Reply to her comments below: I am requesting to have the insurance end on 12/29, which means it should conclude on 12/30 at 12:01 AM. However, the dates are not being adjusted, and I am being charged for an extra day. The issue isn't related to the 'one minute rule,' but rather the incorrect dates

Searched for better rates and was amazed to save over $4000 when moving all bundled policies to State Farm. They were great with assistance and pleasant doing business. Looking forward to many years SF !!!

I have had a great experience dealing with State Farm in Wallingford. I worked with Joseph Land, Account Rep and he was extremely helpful and always available whenever I had a question. I reached out for a quote on auto insurance first, and he immediately responded and was able to save me nearly $100 a month. Then at the beginning of 2024, I received a notice from my mortgage company stating that my monthly payment is increasing $198 starting Feb 1st, with the majority of it being a result of a an increase in my Homeowners Premium. I immediately reached out to Joe at State Farm. And once again, he matched the same coverage I had with Nationwide and my premium is $1100 LESS!!
Bundling both auto and homeowners insurance with State Farm has saved me over $2000 a year! I'm so glad I made that call.
