Shared this experience with my 2 daughters and we had a wonderful time.
I would recommend the Luxe package. The bus was on time, food was tasty the temperature on the bus was perfect, the servers were very personable, the singer was an added bonus. We also got a souvenir tumbler.
The sights of Philly brought back wonderful memories of the time I spent downtown with my mom.
To top the day off our beloved Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl over the Kansas City Chiefs!!!
While it’s on the pricey side, it was well worth it and I’d highly recommend Tea Around Town!

Had a fantastic time today. Zach, Penn, Nate, Sara and a lovely young lady whose name starts with M but I cannot remember how to spell. How perfect they all were. Service was spectacular. Food was yummy. Tea was HOT. Highly recommend. Can't wait to do it in DC.

While I had a wonderful experience with our driver and the staff on board, the rest of the experience was truly lacking.

The luxe package is not worth it; don't waste your money. The savory selections were okay and the sweet options were nothing special.

Beware, the initial price is seriously inflated after they factor in fuel and fees. The tour route itself is basically from Independence Mall to the library, which definitely did not take 90minutes. It was more like 45minutes because they drive 5mph and there were several detours.

The bus was 15minutes late and we didn't receive a text, email or notification in the app. On a cold overcast day in Philly this was a miserable experience. I had to call customer service in NYC for an update. When I followed up with an email, they basically so oh well.

Lastly, I wish there had been more decaf options. I only had 2 of the 5 teas offered because the other 3 were caffeinated.

Tanner, Stevie, Jake and our driver Andrew were stellar! They made the tour an absolute pleasure. As a first time experience, I couldn’t have asked for a better crew… Would highly recommend the tour to all!

My mom and I loved this! I treated my mom for her birthday this year and we went on the Tea around town bus. I would highly recommend it! It was such a different and unique experience. We had a great time and made wonderful memories and got great pictures! 💖

Zach was our tea expert and he was a true gem! Such a sweetheart and have amazing service 🙂

I was treated to this experience today, and I’m thrilled that I got to go! The crew was wonderful, led by Supervisor Tanner. Our host, Sara, was absolutely wonderful and the team of tea specialists - Penn, Mahi, and Zach - really knocked it out of the park. Such knowledgeable, specialized service! Our bus driver Andrew did an amazing job guiding us through the Philly streets with ease. 10/10 All Around!

I was unimpressed. The decor and set up was pretty. The staff were friendly. So I gave 2 stars. The bus was uncomfortably hot. They said the a.c. was on but we were sweating and the food that was supposed to be cold was warm and melting. We were afraid to eat the dairy, meat and fish items because it was so warm. The small bites we did eat was bland and tasteless. The tea was not good. We were offered cold tea it was also warm. The lady singing and giving the tour tried to make it fun, but it was an overall fail. This experience definitely was not worth the money we paid. I would not recommend.
